Service extrêmement lent. Un des pires services de livraison, ils donnent même une mauvaise réputation à Costco vu leurs délais déraisonnables. 4 jours de retard pour une livraison de moins de 30 km. À fuir

Je vous recommande fortement de ne jamais affaire avec eux.

J'ai envoyé un colis avec eux. Malheureusement ce colis n'a pas été accepté. Aucunement la faute de Day and Ross. Un problème de communication entre le receveur et moi.

Le problème est le suivant, Je recontacte Day and Ross pour que le colis soit retourné chez moi. Le colis n'existe plus et même qu'ils n'ont pas mon adresse et l'adresse de la reception en dossier.

Impossible de retrouver le colis.....malheureusement je n'ai plus le papier original.

Néant total. Perdu 500$ et ils s'en lave les mains....

Et sans compter leur livreur complètement incompétant que j'dois m'ostiner à tout les fois avec lui.

Je fais affaire avec Morneau, Purolater, Guilbeault etc.. à tout les semaines et je n'ai jamais eu autant de problème avec tout mes transporteurs autant que Day and Ross.

Il se vente de faire parti des 50 meilleurs entreprises au Canada. J'Pense qu'une tortue qui pointe vers le nord risque d'être meilleure qu'eux pour les livraisons.

Shipped a marine engine from Ottawa to BC they had the lowest price. Got there in 6 days including weekends. The skid was undamaged and in excellent shape just the way I sent it. Will definitely be back very happy with the service.

Poor communication. Tracking is useless. My shipment arrived at their depot and it took them just over 24hrs to call for pickup. Even after it was picked up by a third party and it was delivered to me their tracking shows it not delivered. 5 days later and it still shows not delivered. My order was an Amazon purchase. Amazon still shows it not delivered even though it was. Day & Ross need to overhaul their tracking system and learn how to improve customer service.

This is an amazing shipping company. Very kind and professional driver came to deliver my ebike earlier today that I ordered from Walmart. The shipping was super quick with great working tracking info as well.
Driver even offered to bring the huge box into my home which was fantastic. This shipping company actually came and delivered what I ordered. Some other shipping companies in Ottawa don't even knock on your door even when your sitting waiting at home all day and they Just leave a sorry we missed you note on your door. I highly recommend using this shipping company. Very kind professional drivers with fast shipping.
My package came with zero issues.

Package was sent out quickly from Walmart, but was delayed almost a week in the same city without any explanation. When it did arrive, the driver insisted he was not allowed to actually deliver it up into the apartment building. Even if it is an actual company policy, this is pretty terrible service.
Can and Should do better.
