Had no issues picking up my package. I was able to get it even before official opening time. Package also was in good condition.
I just wish they would call or leave notice after delivery attempt.

Delivery Farce! Nuff said. Packages are kept on makeshift shelf in apparent random order. When open , the attendant tries to locate packages by searching ... through all of them! Have mislaid 2 of my packages so far. Does not inspire confidence at all.

This company will straight up steal your packages and then pretend you don’t exist.
Won’t answer their phone, won’t return messages.
If you’re wondering why there are any positive reviews, it should be pretty obvious that they are left by equally fake Canadians.
A truly sad statement of this countries immigration policy.

I have reported my packages stolen and the police will be holding these East Indians accountable.
I highly encourage everyone else here that’s experienced this theft to do the same.

Stopped by to pick up a package today. Once at 11:45 am. Once at 4:10 pm. No one came to open the door either time. I would appreciate open hours being actually OPEN! Big thumbs down

I have my package sitting there and no one answers the call.
Someone did answer the call after some time but hung up on me right after i said i have a package.
Been outside of their building for an hour no one seems to answer the door or call .
Should be reported to the police .

Worst service ever!! Have had several of my packages delivered to unknown addresses(Not mine) when my address is clearly marked on package. Then they tell me they dont delived to where I live.....seriously I have 4 out of 9 recent packages delivered to my home......so why will some drivers deliver to my home and others will not and then feel the need to deliver my packages to random homes/businesses in town Good luck trying to file a complaint or get any answers.....VERY MUCH DISLIKE THIS BUISNESS and hope Amazon finds a better courier to deal
with.

I just recently moved here and my address is super hard to find. The delivery guy left with my package since he could not find the address. When I called back to inquire, the company was very polite, they told the driver to come back and deliver the package. The driver was also very kind. He waited for me as I went for groceries before he came. I was surprising to experience such good service since it was end of his shift, he was petting my dog when i came back and smilingly handed me my package.
