This Bus Terminal is a golden stop!! Most people who travel in these busses are immigrant students.

Staff are really friendly & they have a good restroom facility.

Busses are available every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 1 hr on weekends (on Sunday after 5pm we need to book busses with app). From 6 to 7:15pm no buses, after 7:15 one hour once. (Bus timings- 5-11:40)

Common busses used are 5RM(to Algoma University) & 4SC(to Sault College). Though the facilities are great some people complain the fares are high as

Transit system is the lifeline of all the average earning people. Great team..
I don't know why I have this unusual liking of just sitting at the terminal and seeing the busy chaos...especially after having a miserable day..should be a biiit more cleaner 😉

Bus drivers are great. Call on demand needs improvement. When ever I called, 50 percent of the time the operator doesn't hear me clearly. The driver almost refused entry for me and my freind. I asked for two riders, she wrote one. Another time I was dropped off at the wrong stop. It wasn't the drivers fault. We need a new dispatch. I could barely hear the operator too. Please fix your phone. Please extend bus service too.

Absolutely run by clowns. The bus drivers will randomly decide to take short cuts and neglect certain areas of their own route leaving you stranded. Oh, I’m not speaking out of this being an isolated incident…this has happened many times. Their response is to be out for the bus earlier so maybe by chance another bus will see you and tell the bus you’re waiting for to do their job and not cut corners. Unacceptable! If you’re given a route do the whole route! Do not just pick and choose what parts of it you want to do! What about those of us who are just trying to get to work? What an absolute joke of a transit system! Zero stars! One is generous!

Considering that I moved here from Vancouver.... this bus terminal is great! Yeah, there's weirdos hanging out here (like, um, everywhere else?) But I'm glad there is a sharps container on site, because trust me, you don't want to step on that stuff, ever. The change machines inside are pretty convenient, and the bus drivers are really friendly people.
