Worth driving two hours!!! I trust no one but Dr Cruz and his team to work on my teeth. I have had countless issues with dentists and even though I moved away I make the trek as I know I will be well taken care of.

The oral surgeon who extracted a broken root and did an implant gave me Dr Cruz information and he did not disappoint!

I have no dental insurance and Ms Lydia clearly explained my costs prior to my appointment.

The staff is friendly and cheerful which helps when you don’t like being at a dentist. They have state of the art equipment and my teeth are cleaned with care. Squeaky clean.

I highly recommend this office. They are bilingual in Spanish. His crowns are beautiful and reasonably priced.

Words do little to express how happy I am that I found a competent team!

Best decision EVER! I can not begin to explain how happy I am with this office! I was able to get an appointment quickly and on with my dental work with no problems! My feeling fell out of my tooth and I had to repair it asap. I was very nervous about getting my tooth fixed but the dental staff, and Dr. Cruz were so nice, patient, and helpful. I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Cruz explained what he was doing which really helped me calm down and trust him. I am extremely excited to make this my new dentist office! If I could I’d put 10 stars!

There are not enough kind words to say about Dr. Polo and his staff. I was treated with the upmost kindness and consideration. I had bridge replacement work done, so it was an extensive procedure. Everything went smoothly due to the competence of Dr. Polo and his technicians. Thank you Dr. Polo and staff. I have to make mention of the beautiful and relaxing view of the lake from the chair. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Polo. They are the best.

My experience using Dr. Polo and Dental Solutions of Winter Haven has been nothing short of extraordinary. I have had three different dentists over the years that did a decent to very good job however, Dr. Polo and his staff have set the bar extremely high. Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to the dental needs of the patient are just a few of the reasons why I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Polo and his staff. I never thought I would ever look forward to visiting a dentist, however it’s just like visiting family. It’s a 2-hour round trip for me from Wauchula and it is certainly worth the trip. If you’re shopping around for a new dentist, stop looking and make an appointment with Dr. Polo . . .you won’t be disappointed.

I was so discouraged that each dentist I went to which was 8 in total, tried to sale me implants. Not one of them even mentioned I had an option to save my own teeth. That was until I went to Dr.Polo. I told Dr. Polo I wanted all my teeth removed. He told me no, I had good teeth still. Some bad but overall it was salvageable. He asked me to trust him. He sent me for periodontal cleaning with Dr. Barnes. Dr. Barnes took my receding gums to pink and healthy. Oh how I love Dr. Barnes and his staff. Dr. Barnes released me back to Dr.Polo to continue my journey. Dr. Polo then came up with a plan. I cry literally everytime I have an appointment because I am so amazed of my results and the compassion I've received. My appointment today was fillings on three of my teeth which now look like I've had implants or veneers but they are my real teeth! I bawled like a baby as Dr. Polo hugged me. If you want a real dentist and staff who truly care about you and your teeth. Please see Dr. Polo and his staff. I don't give praise to just anyone. Trust me! You won't be disappointed. Dr Cruz is great. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I came in after an injury I received post surgery, from another practice, and he fixed my tooth in under 20 minutes.

Dr. Polo accepted me in with no notice I called him and 30 mins later I was in a chair. He was very professional and his staff was amazing. It’s been so hard to find a great dentist and I’m so thankful I have found one now. Thank you for everything you have done for me.
