They were good to come here on Brenton Avenue since we moved here in 2016 but the last two years our street has been unbearable they hardly ever come here to plow it or even sand it terrible service

We woke up to a deceased deer at the end of our driveway Saturday morning. Contacted the department and they were here within 15 minutes to remove it. Very impressed! Thank you.

Same thing every winter...they go down parkwood south, Oakwood and Maplewood in truro heights and if we're lucky they plow one pass through the neighborhood. Don't bother plowing the corners out or the complete road width for that matter....but this year they managed to top that...saw the plow go down the road WITHOUT THE PLOW DOWN!!!! What's the point of that Its been snowing for 24 hours now and our road has not been touched by a plow yet... I called last year and complained...had to do it almost every time it snowed, but it did eventually get done. RIDICULOUS!!!

Thank you very being so quick to responding to my request. I called at 2 pm for a plow to come and scrap my road, and they just went by at 330pm..once again thank you..
