Fell in love with a pottery barn couch online only to find it looked nothing like the photos in person. Design form took my inspiration and created the PERFECT couch. Dimensions fit my space exactly, colour was divine (went with a really dark Merlot in velvet) and is literally the most comfortable couch I’ve sat on. It’s slightly firm (still very comfortable) but will have longevity I think as some couches are soft at first and then over time sag and lose shape. I think it’s going to get better with age. Would highly recommend. The estimated production time was slightly ahead of schedule and delivery was 10/10
