Came in today very stressed as I had drove over 2 hours to another DHL office which was closed even though I called ahead to let them know I was coming and they were suppose to be open till 6:30pm, I arrived there at 5pm and waited almost an hour because the owner told me he would be back after 15 minutes (he didn't get there till 6pm). Very frustrated and I needed to mail out these documents today. I called up this place and they were luckily open until 7 and I arrived at 6:15pm and the gentlemen working the store was so friendly and helpful! I had to send some documents to Korea and wanted to make sure everything was good! He was very patient with me and even let me send pictures of the labels before it was sent out. I am so thankful, I tried to tip but he said a review is just fine! If you are reading this, shout out to you! He is the best and deserves a raise.

Very unique and interesting experience. Shipping package international to the Gambia and took Extra Care making sure it ended up at the right Depot for the recipient to receive it safely. Thank you to all on staff today November 9 as well as the owner on the evening of November the 8th. Customer service outstanding also with how to deal with difficult customer that we had waiting for service. I even received a discount for the inconvenience of the rudeness of another customer. Would definitely recommend this Depot to drop off your parcels.

Parcel arrived safely to sender only 6 days later in perfect condition! Highly recommend this Depot for sending to The Gambia in Africa 👍

Worst service ive used. Usually late and they inconvenience you quite a bit. Shipped 2 metal displate posters. Waited way over estimated date of arrival. Day of arrival finally comes while im watching TV in my living room I receive a text that they missed me and my parcel was dropped off at their nearest location. Checked my ring doorbell and no one even showed up, they made me go through a frustrating set up online just to get them to deliver my package like they should have the first damn time.

I try to contact Millwood dhl branch , but they not accept the call , I called 5-6 time today , my shipment is out for delivery , I just want to give instructions, but no body pick the call , very bad service
