The very first "1" I've ever given. My brother up in Moose Factory asked me to ship a small box to Uganda via DHL. They don't have service up there. A search for DHL brought this site to mind, so I went there this afternoon. As I apprpached, I saw the DHL sign on the window. Inside was an alcove titled "International Shipments" with forms and envelopes, so I grabbed a waybill form and started to fill it out. As I was entering info, I realized that despite the sign above it, the forms were for UPS only. So, I got in line and on my turn, asked for a DHL form. Here's what transpired:

Clerk: (In a condescending voice) Form? What form? What kind of form?
Me: (Clarifying) A DHL waybill
Clerk: What for ?
Me: A DHL delivery
Clerk: (Downright sneering) We don't do that. You'll have to contact DHL
Me: I tear up two UPS waybills (I messed up 1), tried to recycle but the bin was padlocked. Left the torn forms on top of a bin and walked out.

Not the UPS I expected.

I was told twice by two different people that my package was to be delivered last night and waited up all night, and it never came. DHL has twice now tried to run up and stick a sticker on my door and run off without knocking. Only with things from Europe, though? I think you have some thieves on your hands. I'm still waiting for my package that they couldn't track down yesterday. What a joke compared to purolator, FedEx UPS, or even amazon. Never have trouble finding and delivering my packages.

Worst shipping company period. If you are a vendor do not ship with DHL if you want your customer to have a good experience. DHL just came and rang my door bell. By the time I got up the stairs and to my front door the driver was already speeding away. I literally did not have 15 seconds to respond to the door bell ring and there was no delivery tag left behind. If I could leave zero stars I would. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with DHL.

We ordered something for my mother in law. They used DHL to deliver. Driver called to say he was just turning on our street. I work but my wife and mother in law were home. I explained where to go. Called my wife who had her mother go down. She went down and he was no where to be found. I called customer service and they called they're dispatch. Was told to call if package not delivered by a certain time. Now being told they will attempt tomorrow. We live in the 4th floor with no elevator. Like have some patience for us to come down!!!

Disappointed. Time-Sensitive Bridal gift delivery was Not delivered, there is zero way to contact a live customer service representative. No correct tracking code was sent to me. My last option is to attempt to visit a store but I have low expectations. 1 star...

*Update 1: Got through to customer service on the 6th call, had to click option 2 for delivery and then entered my tracking number (which somehow worked the 5th time) then option 3 for customer service. And customer service was extremely helpful. still a small chance that I may receive my package in time tomorrow.

Yes, they are very busy at this time for obvious reasons, but when it was my turn, they were professional and worked as quickly as possible to get my parcel sent off.

second delivery "failed" because no one was home. checked my ring camera and no one came to the door...

impossible to get a hold of anyone to find out where my package is now........
