Never use this service!!! They take absolutely forever to get your package to you, 1week longer compared to other services that are coming from the SAME SPOT!. And then they’ll show up at your house with your package and then leave with your package. Don’t leave a paper that’s signed to let you know what happened. They’ll just take it and then they complain to you that you didn’t put a full address on the file when you literally put a full address and buddy showed straight up at your door. And then when you call to figure this out, they can’t do anything for yet another 24 hours. They are awful. Zero stars

I just want to say that this morning in Dartmouth I went to dhl office for help in shipping a parcel. I was met by employee Al who went above and beyond my expectations. Al took the time go through the process and assist in this unusual request. Thanks for the help. 5 star employee

Never never use, my mom sent me important documents
I ordered urgent delivery, they said it would be delivered in two days, I paid €60. In app I saw 9 days… okay… I'm waiting…, when I saw that the package in the city, I took a day off and waited at home. They mailman didn't call me didn’t doorbell, didn’t knock knock…. they left a piece of paper with the wrong name(my) and incorrect number(what it?). I went to the nearest branch, looked for the parcel, but did not find it. they cannot call the support service: they give another number to call there

I was home all day, my downstairs neighbor was home all day. Cars in the driveway and everything.i got a notification that there was an attempted delivery but no one was home...what! This is the second day. No bell ring. No knock. What is this company?

Avoid this delivery company if you can! I've dealt with them a handful of times and every single time the delivery is late and nobody can seem to tell you when you will even receive your package. My package is a week late and has been sitting at sort facility two hours away for almost two weeks. I called to try and make arrangements to pick it up at the sort facility and was told only the specialist can do that. I have been waiting for hours for a specialist to call that was suppose to call me back within the hour. I've had nothing bad bad experiences with DHL and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Great service, smooth and efficient. Ekane was very helpful with explaining the services. Customer service was great, felt like I was having a conversation with a friend and not just an everyday transaction. I highly recommend DHL!

Bad company, can't recommend to anyone, they can't find the exact point my package is, over 13 days now, even though I paid for express. Been calling customer service and they keep saying same thing. No expected date of delivery again cause it's past the date.
If you believe this company is still same then you are on your own. They don't even deserve that one star.

DHL has always been my go to shipping company, have never had any issues with them and costumer service has always been amazing.

Was waiting on an important package that allowed me to get back to work, when I saw that it had been scanned at the warehouse I went in, explained to Alcash, the representative behind the counter that it was important and she took the time to find the package for me. Great company to deal with overall!
