I paid extra to ensure my shipment arrived before an important event, but only half of my package was delivered. The part I actually needed was marked as "out for delivery," only for the status to change to "couldn't access premises." How is that possible when I live in a residential area and the rest of the shipment from the same order, sender and courier made it here without issue? Now, I won’t receive the critical item until after my event. This level of service is unacceptable. If you're going to charge extra for expedited shipping, the least you can do is fulfill the delivery as promised.

Horrific. Do not ship with DHL if you need your items by a specific date.
I will give them credit for their customer service reps - I'm at 10 phone calls now and each person has been super friendly and helpful, however, each time what they say will happen has failed.
My package has been in Edmonton since Tuesday and it's now Friday end of day and I still don't have it. Paid for express shipping, phoned several times and was told it was marked a priority for delivery in the morning, confirmed that it had to be between specific business hours which they told me was noted but none of this was. The items are still sitting at the airport facility and apparently no one is available to escalate this to or organize driving the hour to go pick up the items myself. They haven't even put my package on a truck to attempt delivery the past two days.

Giving one rating as there is no option for zero. Driver having no etiquette how to talk with customer and they are marking fake attempt of delivery. Dhl don’t care about customers. I specially drive 1.30 hour to collect my parcel from warehouse . Moreover, I schedule a speical delivery and i remain at home for whole day and cancelled my all plans to receive my parcel but no one came and next day it shows delivery attempt but no response from customer seriously, totally lie towards job and if really delivery attempt then where is the proof - no card left and check the cameras. Never going to use DHL service. No action taken for this inconvenience and what about the charges we paid.

1 because i cant put 0 Very bad experience with them i pay a lot for my delivery and the delivery guys say he come to my place last night but he never come to my place and now i need to drive 1hr to pick it up cause i need this week end. And they do nothing to help me by phone 2 different person. The guys at the desk are very nice and try to help me the best he can but i never use them anymore. I ll continue with Dragonfly (Intelcom) and FedEx.

Wait ago Adolf! DHL has the worst customs agents around. I have had to send back several packages because of their paper work errors. I have lost 10 hours of my life on hold have have written 100 emails with zombie responses, foot of business and so is a favor!

Really bad experience with DHL. Delivery date was January 2nd . But on January 2nd there was not any update. I was trying to call them they said it'll be deliver tomorrow for sure . Today was checking online again not any update. I did call them in the morning today and i asked them to pickup from there location but they said just wait until 1 pm i did wait until 1pm still same thing then i call them they said you're package is in the truck and next step is Delivery . Again i was waiting i didn't get any update on my tracking number. Then i call them again around 3:15 pm at that time they said problem in the truck it'll be delayed and you will get your package on Monday but i told them we have a event on this weekend they just said sorry we can't do anything. I gave them f.....gshit. after that i got updated online about my package out for delivery. Finally i got my package around 8:50 pm .
I just wanted to say thanks to that driver. But I'm not happy with dhl service. I paid my clearance fee on time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had to wait for over 20 min at the front, ringing the bell 3 times before anyone would address us. The space was cluttered and there was no parking out front as 3 DHL vans sat in their customer service spots. This is not a happy customer.
