Firstly, the lady at the Hamilton customer service couldn’t be more condescending with her tone and in her responses. Such a treat asking questions for clarification, but instead getting responses filled with sarcasm. Amazing interaction with the lady who appeared to be from Indian descent.

Secondly, their delivery fleet - imagine! - dropped a palette weighing 240KGs in our driveway but didn’t even bother messaging or ringing the doorbell and took off. Just like that. We discovered it was there when we got out for an afternoon stroll.

Honestly appalled how callous can one be with someone’s property. Customer service? Long way to go there for DHL, get the basics right first.

I have called DHL customer service multiple times the past couple days with a collected wait time of 4 hours, either it is on hold forever or someone picks up and hangs up before I am connected to a person. I have a package that should have arrived by June 12 based on their Express worldwide shipping timelines at the time I ordered and it is absolutely needed for an event tomorrow. I was willing to pick it up from any service point or facility but can’t even contact anyone to do to do and estimated delivery shows June 17. It went from Dubai to London to Cincinnati to Hamilton pending coming to Toronto, don’t even know why it had to go to the Cincinnati hub other than simply for them to save money which further delayed this shipment by 2 days, continuing to put profits over customer. I have never been more miserable using any other shipping service, why lock the workers out if you have no substantial contingency plan to gurantee the Express services promised?

Last night I was at DHL to deliver just 1 skid. Unfortunately Dhl employees on strike. Union should solved issues internally. Not to create problems for externally. It took a 12 hours to get in and out. Union must respect transport carriers. Specially highways drivers. Union employees should think seriously if they get things easily on table. Should respect transport drivers. E log and sleep time will be affected such nonsense things happened.

Extremely disappointed with DHL’s service. I paid extra for expedited delivery and even cleared all custom fees in advance, expecting my package to arrive on time as promised. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but now I’m being told it’s on hold and I’ll have to wait a few more days with no clear reason or resolution.

What’s the point of paying for faster service if DHL can’t follow through? I contacted customer service, and all I got was vague answers and no accountability. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted DHL to deliver, and they’ve completely dropped the ball. Never again.

UPDATE REVIEW:
After receiving no response to my emails or phone calls to DHL customer service, I decided to visit the DHL location in Mount Hope. There, Scott assisted me and quickly located my package. I just want to say Scott was fantastic—if you ever visit the Mount Hope DHL, he is incredibly efficient.

I was very frustrated trying to get my package. I could not understand why there was a delay, when I track it , it was stuck, customer service was of no help, I was on the phone with customer service while walking into the DHL mount hope office, a friendly lady greeted me, I hung up on customer service who just told me my package was not at the location. Shelly at the front office explained that my package was being held because I had to go clear it at the customs office. She printed the papers I needed and explained I had to go get it stamped. I finally got my package. It was worth the drive to mount hope Hamilton. If only customer service would know how to give accurate information. DHL please try improve your customer service. Nick and Hut were very helpful for me. I’ve been trying to get this package through customs now for two days and they really made things work easily for me. I’ll keep dealing with DHL because Customer Service is so important and these guys were great.
