Je viens d'avoir au tél. une personne très aimable et très capable de me dire que le reste de ma commande doit m'être livrée à mon adresse postale à Bella Coola et cette personne s'est engagée à suivre toute la livraison. Donc, j'attends pour la suite. Disons que la communication est excellente, et la livraison est en attente.

I chose pick up at this Richmond location since there were delays in shipping. Only 2 of 3 pieces arrived last week I was able to pickup. When the final piece arrived, DHL locked out employees and my last piece of shipment is stuck in Richmond Warehouse. I cannot even change my delivery back to my address since it only allowed one time shipping change on the online self serve website. I am not sure how to proceed or when I would be able to get my parcel. I tried calling support number but it just keeps saying closed. I also emailed [email protected] still haven't received a response. Will edit my review if I get a working solution.

I have my renewed passport stuck at Customs due to the DHL strike. I am in a dilemma as my visa is getting expired and I need to apply for an extension asap. In this situation what am I going to do? The status has been on hold for days and days now. Tried to contact customer service many times. It does not work and no one is giving a straight solution or take any action to get it delivered. I have made all the required payments and not hearing from DHL for 3 weeks now. Please help me🙏

This delivery lady Dory Heer called me on the phone and asking for the code and I said there is no code for the gate and I went down to open it for her as she told me she was there and can't enter the premise. And I said I am already at the gate and I widely open and waiting for you, and she is still insisting asking for the code of the gate, looking for her and still insisting I that I can not understand her and yelling at me at put down the phone. That's how rude she is! I realized she is not actually at the gate pretending to be at the gate. Dory Heer pretended to be at the gate but never showed up! And she got the nerve to yell at me on the phone, I caught her never showed up to deliver my package. That's how incompetent and unreliable she is! Obviously, this lady Dory Heer, doesn't love her job. Very Poor service, poor customer service, poor communication skills.

Charged me large duties and taxes on a small package with no heads up or explanation. Upon delivery the driver threw my package directly at the door, instead of walking three feet and putting it in the mailbox. I have footage of him walking up to my property and then throwing the package aggressively at my door, which could have seriously damaged it. I would rate their service zero stars if I could. Watching the delivery driver throw my package at the door like it was a piece of trash was disappointing to see. Very unprofessional and discourteous.

DHL is quite expensive to ship with.
Typically with expensive shipments a customer would expect fair prompt and delay free shipping.

Nearly every shipment we've had with DHL always results in incredibly poor service, speed and insane delays.

This latest mishap has been a small package sitting in your DHL warehouse for nearly (2) weeks.

Your online system keeps saying my address is not valid. Trust me, it's a very normal address and it's certainly correct. I've even updated the address in your system more than (3) times over the past weeks.

I've called in multiple times, I've used your online customer service multiple times, and each time I'm assured that the package will be delivered the next business day.

Yet of course it never happens and the package is still not delivered.

Delivery driver didn't even bother going into the building, now my package is 'on hold' and they don't know when its coming, called 3 times, i live 2 hours away from this place, really needed this parcel for a project a week ago and DHL screwed everything up as usual. Lazy and rotten to the core like everything else
