You can make a sign where you are that this is the door you need to go in, no numbers or markings, no sign, nothing to look for you, a person comes and has to look for which door to go in, despite the fact that all the doors are closed. At least use a marker to write that you are sitting here, that this is DHL

It has been almost four weeks, and I still have not received my package. This company is incredibly frustrating, and all the locations use the same phone number. I paid for express shipping, and you all need to improve your service every year. I am trying to maintain a streak, but I keep facing poor customer service. Perhaps it would be better to close the company than to waste people's time.🤬

DHL claim to have delivered item Aug 18 after 7 p.m. this is an out and out fabrication. I was home and no one buzzed my apt number. This is the third time they've screwed up a delivery. I do not choose them, but Amazon does.

Bad experience !! Didn’t receive my parcel yet. Its been more than 15 days after the date when it was supposed to be delivered. There is no update, neither anyone is picking up the call.

I am posting this photo so people will know how terrible the location is. There were no reader board says that DHL is on this way. I suggest wherever u are coming from do not go to Ross Ave or else u will reach ring road if u missed looking for the signage of DHL. And u will need to turn around. Just go to Park Street as this was their address. But u can only see Canature Watergroup, behind that building is the LOOMIS who bought by DHL years ago. If ur lucky, u can see yellow van of DHL that says go to that way. It’s hard to figure out where is the entrance door as they have a big parking lot. There is 2 doors, enter to LOOMIS express if u need to send ur DHL packages. It is almost infront of Bricks, across the park street. But u really need to go way around the parking lot to reach the entrance. They have terrible call center. The staff says their server isn’t working whatsoever so they can’t receive calls for pick up packages. I wish my package arrive safe and intact.

They told me they gave my package to Loomis Express when I called Loomis they didn't have my package what is going on with this company it's getting worse, if they cannot manage then close this bullshitt

Had an important package all the way from England, and after it arrived Canada, they held on to the package and went on strike. Then proceeds to send me an email to pick up when I paid for delivery.
