Stay away from this location ( specially service / John ) unless it’s absolutely necessary. Took one hour, didn’t detect anything and charged way more than their service rate , wanted my driver to drop truck for 3 days over the weekend to make more money and when we said we can’t he was so rude and threatened that i will message other locations to not provide you with service . 10 years in trucking and i have never witnessed such a rude / greedy and unexperienced staff anywhere.

Worst dealer to work with unexperienced employee that have no clue what they’re doing special service department. They will find a problem. They have no experience technicians and the rates are ridiculous expensive

I was extremely thankful that the service team here was able to get my truck in last minute when it was -40 outside. Even though their bays were full their service tech Jon was willing to step outside and do a diagnostic on my issue. The department manager Jo was eventually able to move some trucks around to make space in shop. Then when they didn't have the part available they were able to source it from elsewhere and get my unit all fixed up. If you have a choice of shops you won't be dissatisfied with these guys.

On the door a sheet say open
Door lock nobody there
I will go buy the parts I need another place I guess

Jo and Robin and all staff provided a first class experience and were extremely helpful

Service is overcharged for simple jobs. They take forever to do service work. Parts are great help can find anything you need pretty well next day if they don't have it. Parts is awesome service is not.
