First time doing shipment from Toronto to Ghana,Accra. I was overwhelmed with all the things I had but they were very helpful, patient and with good customer service. It was easy to communicate with them, they even kept me in the loop throughout the process. All my things arrived and everything was intact, even my fragile ones. The team in Ghana was also very nice with good customer service from the agent to the delivery guy. I paid for the delivery , the price was reasonable. Thank you guys for all your help! I couldn’t have asked for a better shipping company!

They didn't have the uhaul key in the box. We were outside trying to get it for 40mins in -20C. We had to book a bigger, more expensive truck in a different location that didn't have self serve so had to pay extra for overnight fees. Also had to book an uber to get to the other location. All in all, this place cost mg about $50-$100 in losses
