Dominion was always my go to store. I especially loved their children's clothing area. I was away for some time and upon returning home this summer I was so shocked to see how dirty the store had become. My child needed to use the store washroom. It was so dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Being it was early morning it shouldn't have been in that condition. The toilet paper holder was opened with the toilet paper layed on the back. There appeared to be feces on the side of the roll.
There produce section was messed up and dirty in particular I was looking for berries. However the strawberry packs were awful. Many with mold growing, others soft and squished. I asked the guy working if they had any in the back and his reply was ya, but if you think they're any better, your wrong. So I asked will you please check he said No and walked away. Yes you read it right, he just walked away.
Dominion you should be better, much better.

They wouldn't let me return the sushi I bought for my wife.

When I went to buy the sushi, I spefically asked if it was vegetarian as I wasn't sure and I can't read it... the Dominion rep/worker said yes it was, which is the reason I bought it. but when I brought it to my wife it was it clearly states it had fish in it.

I went to try to exchange or refund it and they said no because I don't have the receipt. It's not my fault I can't find the receipt....who keeps receipts for food purchased anyway? The manager made no attempt to fix my situation and wouldn't look up my receipt. I had my card I bought it on, the day I bought it and time frame. This is unacceptable and I'm reporting this higher up. I use to love Dominion but now I will just go to Colman's or Walmart. Food prices are too high to be wasting it on food we can't eat.

The manager should have done more work in researching for my receipt in the data base or giving me a store credit or refund.

The place where we always get our stuff. Nice and clean store. Staffs were friendly and amazing. Just seen a whole aisle being opened for asian goodies which is so nice. Hope they lower the prices of their items so we can continue to shop here.

I purchase imitation crab meat from time to time. This is the last pack that we purchased from you guessed it, Loblaws. Two separate wrappings on it. The one on the right was the original wrapping, and says it was packaged on September 3rd. However, the one on the left says that it was packaged on September the 5th. You guys suck!! Is this a directive from corporate?

My problem is just with the deli counter specifically with the week day shift. You sit and wait 4 to 5 minutes then when it seems that they have no other choice to serve you they get all angry at you and like you just inconvenienst them cut you attitude. Not just a one time but everytime I ask for deli meat it is a chor. Don't understand if they don't want to do there job why do these people work there. Tired of the attitude I will just bring my business to colmans
Have a great day

I always go there to buy weekly groceries.they have some great offers going always.but have had BAD experience with there Deli department couple of times now.
1.I went there to order samosas one evening may be around 6 and they had already closed the department(evn though store was suppose to be open till 9pm)I even requested them to give 6 from frozen ones but they refused saying I will have to buy full box of 25 or else its against policy!so if I would take 25 it not against policy to sell the frozen ones?do they not serve any other ready to cook frozen goodsyes they do!!
2.I called up this morning around 9.30 for 6 samosas again and lady who answered the call said that she is 'short of staff' and 'has to prepare other things' hence she won't be able to prepare them till 12noon.her answer totally left me amazed.I really wonder why do they even have them if they DON'T WANT TO SERVE THEM.very disappointing!

Have sales and don't order enough for everyone. Then they don't issue any rain checks. But will gladly give you a lesser PC brand as a substitute. Almost seems like a way to sell more PC brands.
