They took only 30 minutes to load. There is a parking lot for trucks to sleep overnight. Everyone need Hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses, safety vest ? and full sleeve shirt in order to enter. Call security guard for any help. There are happy to help unless you full are rules and regulations. I had great experience. Special thanks for night both night and day security for helping.

Pulp paper delivery, except the full ice and no sand or salt good experience, fast delivery. You need full safety equipment + long pants

Very courteous. Never had issues.

Outside carriers that complain are usually those who don't take the onboarding training serious. This is not a place for just any companies to just show up and not know the rules. It is an industrial site and there is no room for errors. Kudos for security to keep the place safe. --- This is not just a free for all place like typical shippers elsewhere. Drivers are expected to follow the rules and regulations which are simple. The rest of us regulars have no time to babysit outside carriers which if they aren't trained, would cause serious accidents.

Truck entry. Left on Gray st . Pass Station Rd .go over railway security is on left side . Park you Truck. Bring all documents and have protection equipment. Overnight parking they said . 5 pm is close receiving. Come before 4:30pm faster unloading.

Security guard in morning at checkin is so so so rude . He don’t have sense how to talk with drivers . I was in sleeper . He didn’t let me go in ,and told me to wait outside until my co-driver finish the delivery . Thats ridiculous. I wait 2 hour outside the company in cold weather. Company should fired him or tech him some manners so he knows how to behave with professional drivers. I don’t have words to express my anger on this guy . He is totally mad .

Security old guy very bad behaviour. He dont know how to behave with drivers. Drivers work to dilever and pick ups the load why we need hard cap and safety glasses. Not good rules and elog drivers avoid this place. Inside worker are not wear that hard hat but they have rules for drivers. Whyyyy man

Truck Entrance :- Take left to Gray st from Centre st . Go straight and cross the railway tracks. Check in room ( security room ) on your left after when you cross the tracks.

Pretty bad experience picking up from here. Rude security. First time here but expected me to know everything. Completely ignored by the shippers. Full PPE required, hat, boots, glasses, long sleeve shirt, pants, hi-vis vest. Prepare for long wait loading.
