Stayed here for many weeks for work and had an amazing stay. I had stayed in the single room and it is very spacious with comfortable beds, mini fridge, microwave and has four pillows which was a bonus for me. Smart TVs so you can access all the apps you may watch online with free wifi or watch cable if that's not your thing. Located just off the main road on a service road with a huge parking lot and security cameras on site for safety.
The owner and her entire team were very helpful, kind and welcoming, which made it feel like a home away from home! I definitely recommend staying here for your next visit/buisness trip in La Ronge.

The company I worked for booked this motel for us while we were at a job. We came the end of January and stayed for two months. I can't even put it in words how terrible of a place this is. To make this short, I'll list pros and cons.
Pros : large room, and a huge parking lot, that's about it.
Cons : room had stains on the walls and floors. Furnace stopped working in -30°C weather so replaced it with a 1 cubic foot sie space heater. They never bothered to fix the furnace. The faucet for the sink leaked all over when turned on. The door didn't close all the way and daylight can be seen all the way around. The door handle was so loose a slight nudge would open the door. Talk about a safety Hazzard. The staff was horrible to deal with, besides one very pleasant lady. It seemed a crime to ask for toilet paper or coffee filters. The sheets were never changed from the previous tennant of the room. I doubt they will have changed them after I left. They did no housekeeping. None. And the locals come knocking at your door begging for money at ungodly hours of the night. They also upped our rates every two weeks. I'm sure they thought the company was paying for it. But it came out of our pockets in the end. They price gouged us because they knew we had no where else go to. That's my take on it. I do NOT recommend drifters motel at all. It's not safe. The staff are rude. And the rooms are terrible. Go somewhere else. I wish I could have, but the company booked the rooms. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. They should be ashamed of that place.

I checked into my room with a co worker(we each had our own) and I was nicely about to go to bed around 10. Turns out the double booked my room and gave someone the keys to my room thankful the people were understanding but still very much dissatisfied with the lack of organization.

It is a nice. Clean place.. friendly, accommodating staff.. the location is convenient if your on vacation.. just off the highway.. but still far enough away you don't get bothered by traffic.. close to the main Street of LA ROUNGE for shopping and good eats.. the price is reasonable for hotel/motel..

By far the WORST SERVICE. The front workers are literally the meanest, unreasonable and just plain inhumane people I've ever met while staying in a motel such as this one. Your better off booking else where. Not worth it to spend your money and time here.

Good experence, do to the front desk staff. Room wasn't cleanned properly! Bed, sink, coffee pot. Couldn't get another room tufted it out the night!

Rooms are nicer than you think they'll be from the outside but they still need some repairs. It's a motel but not a bad motel. Good for the price.
