Paid $1638.50 Usd up front to drive a truck to the port in N.Y. They incorrectly prepared the bond and were un-successful in delivering the truck. Gary demanded a credit card for waiting and hotel charges. Held us at ransom by demanding to return the truck to Toronto. We have the original invoice and a final invoice of $3062.87 Usd. They charged the credit card and no one answers our calls. Not prepared to waste time to dispute this however the public needs to be very careful before they engage in any transaction.

We were told the truck parked last Wednesday IN Buffalo NY. Today, Monday GPS tells me it is still on their lot in c anada. After calling several times and getting promises, STILL NO COMMUNICATION on delivery! LUCAS needs to be fired!! DO NOT USE THIS EXCUSE FOR A FORWARDING COMPANY IY YOU ACTUALLY WANT SOMETHING MOVED. I even called for the owner and also did not receive a call...

Poor service and poor communication with drivers had my vehicles turned around at border. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...EVER. Their drivers would show up unexpectedly all the time for jobs that were planned later in week . Still demand payment for a job that was not completed due to error on their end. Luckily i found a cheaper alternative that does a better job.
