Be aware of a same day delivery clause . I paid 75 dollars to get a package from Grand Falls to Pasadena only to have it sent to Paradise NL. The bus was 1.5 hours off schedule as well . Poor service . Will never use it again .

I have taken this bus many times without issue. Love how scenic the areas are. The people that complain about the seats not working more than likely did not know how to work them. Like the lady with a child, I offered to help them with their seat, the lady said no and proceeded to move to another seat. I checked the seat by moving the black nob on the side and the seat was working. I believe that this bus company is truly doing the best job that it can, especially since the liberals are attempting to take away peoples freedom of movement, by scaring them over the scamdemic. Can't wait to ride the bus again.

Had to use DRL to travel across the island with my 7 year old daughter to take her to day surgery at the Janeway. Will never take DRL again. Bus was very dirty. We were one of the first stops picked up and there was food on the ground, stuffed into the cupholders, and garbage laying around. An intoxicated man got on, sat next to us and was drinking while riding. We had to switch seats once he started talking to my child. He was very disruptive and using inappropriate language while on speaker phone. The driver and attendant were notified and while they spoke to him, he denied drinking so they left him on the bus. They only removed him after he passed out in the aisle 5 hours later. Stayed an extra week in st johns just so we didn't have to take that bus again.

Was horrible experience. No air conditioning on the totally full bus for a 10 hour bus ride from Deer Lake to St John’s. Bus driver asked for new bus but was told no. I wrote to express concern and company never responded.

I rode the DRL coach service in October 2017 from the ferry terminal at Port-aux-Basques all the way to St. John's, NL. The bus showed up on time, and there were only three passengers, the hostess, and the driver at the start of the trip. We picked up passengers all along the way, and it was nearly full by St. John's, where we arrived on-time!

The service was friendly (you buy your ticket on board; cash-only!), and stops were made several times along the way where you could buy food or use the WC. The seats were comfortable, and the hostess even arrange a taxi for us before arrival in St. John's.

The scenery was spectacular. What an introduction to Newfoundland! I can highly recommend the DRL Coach service across the island.

The bus was over an hour late behind scheduale, also the bus was 100% full and there was no air conditioning the whole 8 hours from st.johns, people yelled out to ask for the air to be turned on, but were not acknowledged.

I cannot believe this bus service got a 4.3 rating. Now dont get me wrong Attendant and Driver 5 stars! But the condition of this bus is ridiculous. Seats broken couldn't be adjusted, head rest came off in my hand. Very warm,. Fumes from engine to be smelled inside bus. Thank God I'm only going from St. John's to Gander! Would NOT use this mode of transportation if I had to go across the province! Time to invest in some new buses!
