Me and my organization not used to importing items from Canada and lack of knowledge on the whole process could cause delays etc. After conducting a search online I contacted DTI Logistics Canada. All through out the process Ross been very responsive and informative. He is always been proactive and instructed me to be sure how things are handled in U.S. Customs. And exactly what to expect. We didn't have a brokerage firm and he also assisted with this. It is very important to communicate with single source which creates less confusion and keep things organized. Ross did this and he always was our point of contact in each step of the process. The items arrived much sooner than expected. It was last Friday afternoon that I received notification that the items were picked up and early this week (just few days after) they are in Oklahoma dropped off at our office. There were no hidden additional costs and the final invoice was spot on. Wow. Look no further and work with these professionals. You wont regret it and glad you listened my advice.
