Order a Deluxe floral arrangement on line and also spoke with Donna as to what would be incorporated in the arrangement. Based on flowers received as a gift from Dufferin Blooms I was confident that I would be pleased with the arrangement. I couldn't have been more disappointed. There was considerably more greenery than flowers and far from a full looking arrangement. Some flowers were not fresh, some damaged. I would have done better, and saved money by buying 2 bouquets at a grocery store and a vase from a dollar store or discount retail store

Gorgeous arrangement sent to a remote co-worker located in Shelburne with same-day delivery. One type of flower featured in the arrangement was not available that day, but the shop confirmed that they would use an alternative - and it turned out lovely. Thank you for making our co-worker's birthday special!

Wonderful customer service. I had ordered a specific arrangement and when the shop owner contacted me so we could discuss an alternative solution. In the end the arrangement was beautiful, delivery was free because of being local which was amazing! And they delivered on time as requested. Thank you Nancy!

Terrible customer service I received birthday flowers which were lovely and the next day looked wilted and near dead! I emailed the photos and she apologized and said to bring them in and she would replace with flowers of my choosing. I sent a friend in with the arrangement and she said they are supposed to look like that and sent her away with the dead arrangement! Very poor customer relations. Don’t buy your flowers here you’ll be very disappointed! See photos below! Beware go somewhere else to buy floral arrangements!

Dufferin Blooms went above and beyond any customer service I have used. The flowers were outstanding and they went out of their way to make a difficult deliver happen. I can’t say enough what great service and outstanding flowers they have. You won’t find a better florist.I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Amazing service!! Customer service was amazing!! I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday but some flowers I picked were unavailable( due to cover ) and they were very quick to contact me and come up with solutions. They were also able to accommodate the delivery time as well to make sure my mother would received them at a time convenient for her!! Over all amazing service and I definitely recommend Dufferin bloom!!

I ordered flowers for mother’s day and it was going to be delivered the Monday. Despite i’m sure being busy, I got a call sunday with them letting me know they could deliver that day, but the flower order would be a bit different if they did deliver on the Sunday. I agreed and they didn’t disappoint! My dad sent me a photo and the bouquet and it was beautiful and i know my mom also will love it. Thank you for the great customer service and the lovely flowers for my mom!

I am very happy with my experience with Dufferin Blooms, I saw what I wanted to order online and called the shop directly to ensure I could get what I wanted. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and my order was far nicer than the picture I saw online. I highly recommend using Dufferin Blooms, she delivered it herself and has very reasonable prices.
