It's an ideal place but the floors are no longer being cleaned like when Nicole was there. All that dirt and dust eventually makes its way into the air, accumulates on the walls throughout the building, into our lockers and settles all over our belongings.

I can't say enough good things about Dundas Storage. The manager of the facility Nicole has been beyond good to our family. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer receives excellent service and I am beyond grateful. We found the storage facility as a fluke and have been beyond surprised at the cleanliness, care and customer service. Even at the end of the stay I couldn't make it in to take my lock off and they ensured it was off for me and I didn't have to make an extra trip in I would give more stars if I could!!

Large, clean units and great staff. Nicole is amazing! So helpful to everyone who comes in the door. I stored my things when I embarked on an adventure across Canada and everything kept well including my original art. Excellent security. I highly recommend Dundas Self Storage!

Great storage facility with large loading/unloading area. The space is also climate controlled which is amazing and the 24 hour access was a huge plus for us.

Staff are also very friendly and helpful. If I ever need storage again in or around the Dundas area I will definitely be coming back here!

Great storage place, easy to use and quite clean and modern. But read your contract very carefully. They bill every 28 days not every month, so the date you get billed changes month to month. This isn't usually a problem until you choose to leave and find out you're stuck with another month because you waited a day too long to tell them.
