Big thanks to Dwayne in the Driveline department for the help on a driveshaft I needed balanced but couldn’t do because of a missing clip. Went above and beyond with the manufacturer to line me up with a free replacement!

I had driver side window issues. I was loaded and didn't have much time. I called Dunlop WS, and Andrew said to bring it in and he would make it work. I got there at 2pm, and by 4pm a whole new power window regulator and window itself was replaced. The tech "Tom" was great. That is called "good ole fashioned service". Thank you so much. Was able to make my delivery appointment.
I.will return to have passenger window fixed too.

I showed up at 4pm to buy some coolant in hopes of nursing a coolant leak until I got back to Saskatoon. On a whim I walked by the service department first and asked if it were possible to get the leak fixed in 2 hours as I had a delivery to make in Calgary. Before I knew it I was unhooked and the truck was in a bay getting the troublesome plastic coolant line replaced. Everyone was great to deal with. They had me back on the road fixed in no time and I made my delivery. I also got the bonus of no longer having the worry of a coolant line letting loose and shutting me down. The techs even threw a gallon and a half of coolant in the truck so I could top up after I ran the air out of the cooling system! I love finding good shops like this because they are so rare these days. Top marks to Dunlop Western Star! I never hope to have to visit a service department but if I do I hope it's when I'm passing through Lethbridge!

Absolutely top-notch
Great service staff that always does their best to help out.
The parts guys are really knowledgable so I always get what I ordered.
The driver's lounge is comfortable and has beds, a shower, and laundry facilities.
