They overstack packages on flex drivers and pay less. i have submitted an official complaint to Amazon, this is exploitation. And isn’t profitable anymore. A lot of the flex drivers are quitting that’s why they are hiring again from waitlist. $73.50 for 30-50 packages what a joke!

The Gas, mileage, wear and tear isn’t worth it by a little bit. Retail or UberEats is better. and to add on to the exploitation everytime you can’t deliver a package because customer isn’t available and you return it you get dinged right away and your virtual “trust factor” goes down . What a joke

They don't pay your full pay and also push you with overloaded packages which leave no time for breaks they're way too rough and act kind worst people to work with

Applied and then told to book a appointment. But when I try it's always 0 times available. I'm sure at this point. There trying to make it look like they are trying to workers but can't. Making it so they can have there people transfered here to work. I have seen this before at my one work place.

I just had a delivery that the driver tried to hide my packages on the doorstep for me. He also saw that one of the packages was heavy and asked me if he could help. Amazing service. I don't know if I should put his name out here but Great job!
