While packages can take a while to be delivered especially during Christmas (one of mine took ~ a month) the prices are unbeatable. This also depends on MM and how fast they list your mail in their site.

Great experience when my family ships stuff out of this branch. The man that works in the front is really helpful, and friendly with helping us through shipping parcels since my family is relatively new to this process. Very nice facility for shipping. Great place to save some cash from heavy mail fees unlike Canada Post.

When asked about a possible lost package in their warehouse, don't expect any feedback except "we are still looking for it". Don't expect any accountability from them on lost packages because they will remind you they have a licence to steal with their no-responsibility disclaimer. Reported the incident to the Police.

I've been using DYK Post since they were over on Goddard Ave, and have always had good experiences. I'm not sure if they're understaffed now or what, but my latest package took 16 days to get from me sending the pickup request to the day they told me it was available. Honestly, that's unacceptable. If I get a response outlining why that happened and why it won't happen again I'll consider changing my review, but otherwise I will start using one of the many other services available for cross border shipping.

Bottom line - they will save you money. (Was over $1,500 on one large order.)
But the additional time delays are very frustrating. Sometimes it's at Montana Mailbox - you see that the parcel arrived with the courier's tracking, but have to wait until they notify you (over two weeks one time). Or it's at DYK Post itself - not sure how often they go pick up, or if they can only get so much on each trip, or the time they didn't tell me that it had arrived and was ready to pick up. This time, it appears to be at Argo Customs' end (for a business import) - over two weeks since the paperwork was submitted, for stuff that they had processed before in previous orders.
They'd be excellent if they could just clean up the timelines. I don't expect overnight, but anything over a week is questionable. But yes, they are still a good alternative to the big couriers or driving to a border depot yourself.

I would recommend DYK post to any small business that ships to the US. A total life saver! Dropping off is easy, using their online system is great and the monthly invoice option is super neat to keep track of your trips to the post office and for book keeping.
Have been using DYK for like 3 years and didn't have much noticeable issues with them. Sometimes I do wish customer service could be better and the front staff could provide details for simple inquires, without asking to email the management.

Great price very reasonable rates. I stopped by today May-28-2023 because google said they were open 12pm -6pm Sunday. The door sign needs to change to reflect this update I almost walked away at 12:30pm because door was locked. Staff opened the door and they attended to me. Please update door sign.
