I don't know what the hiring policies are for this company anymore, but they have a lot of people who don't know what they are doing. A supervisor lied to me through email and told me the pre authorized withdrawal was paused, then they proceeded to withdraw without my consent and overdraft my bank account. Not only that, but the options they have for paying your outstanding balance are woefully lacking in 2024, especially for people outside of the province. They are now ignoring my emails. I have been a customer for over 4 years, and beyond jacking up the price, I have never felt valued at all. This is how they treat people apparently after taking their money.

An extremely well operated facility. The sign up was done over the phone with a very friendly associate, reserve a unit. When we came in personally to complete the paperwork, the formalities were smooth.

Smit, the associate who helped us, was very customer friendly. The place well demarcated for today's Covid situation.

The unit and all surrounding areas very clean. The entry and exit electronically managed via their security app.

Truly a 5 star class facility to store your stuff in.

Definitely recommended.

This is a fraud hub for stolen customer credit card data. Avoid location altogether and / or safeguard your credit card details at this location.

I have been a customer of this location for about 10 years. The service is pretty good. But beware, I am disappointed to see their recent profiteering and participation in Greedflation. I upgraded my service six months ago and they increased the rent by 14% this month. They claim that it's because of inflation of costs, but this is nonsense. The Canadian consumer price index for 2023 was 3.4% down from 6.8% the previous year. Their costs are mainly staff, utilities, and property costs, some of these costs have not changed much in the past year. The change of 14% over 6 months is not justified. Be warned if you join them, once you move in they may dramatically change their rent at will.
