I don't really think they still care about their customers. But like everyone else here. I bought something from Amazon with prime one-day shipping, and I waited in store for my packages. And as everyone else, they updated Business Close and on Amazon the status became attempt delivery with no one showed up.
What makes it worse is that because it was Friday, and they updated transit status at 20:00, their office was already closed. I couldn't get contact with them until next Monday. So my one-day delivery became at least 4 day delivery. All my plans for this weekend f..ked up.

Really bad service. I expected my package today but it wasn't delivered. I've got a message from the courier saying that the delivery didn't delivered because my address is incorrect!

How can it be possible? I am premium Amazon customer and nobody else had problem before with my delivery (home) address!

I contacted with T Force Logistics customer service (Dynamex) and they told me they will send email for rescheduled delivery for tomorrow.

I would recommend Amazon to stop working with this company, because it offers low quality services and causes indignation to its customers.

Like all reviews, these guys claimed to drop off my Amazon order but didn't because they couldn't find the unit. I checked my camera and nothing. It was dispatched and again, I received a notification that the attempt to deliver was made but couldn't because they couldn't find the unit again ... I checked my camera and no attempt was made.
If you're ordering anything and notice that Dynamex is delivering ... Call right away and change it.
Avoid at all cost.

Terrible service. I was waiting for my package the whole day at work but it wasn't delivered. I've got a message from the courier saying that the delivery was attempted but business was closed. The business is open 24/7, I am working at the reception and was waiting for delivery the whole day. After I contacted the customer service they rescheduled delivery for the next day. I've mentioned that the business is open, they have to use the main entrance to access, but the next day the same problem has happened. After my second call to the customer service they said that it will be delivered by the end of the day, but I still didn't receive my package. Customer service agent didn't even apologize.

Dynamex has to be the worst delivery service Amazon has worked with. The first time I was understanding given that our business closes at 6pm and they came at 6:01 pm. However, upon speaking with my manager I discovered he and another employee were inside the shop, so the driver did not care to even open the front door! This was a Friday, and I did not end up seeing my delivery until Monday. Had it been another delivery service Amazon works with, I likely could have seen it over the weekend.

The second time Dynamex made a mistake, was completely on them. They arrived at 8:58 pm, when the latest should be 8!! No wonder they have so many terrible reviews.

Amazon says that my package was delivered. Their teaching site says I signed for it! I was home all day and never heard a knock out a doorbell ring. They did not deliver my package. This company is awful. Canada Post always delivers properly, UPS and Purolator are great. I hope dynamex good out of business soon.

Order from Amazon. I tracked my package and it said attempted delivery but the business was closed. The delivery is to my house not a business it's a residental address. Contacted customer support and they just keep telling me they couldn't delivery it because the business was closed. I keep telling them it's not a business it's my house in a residential neighborhood. This is the worst delivery service ever. The driver probably just didn't want to do his job I have cameras at my house and there was not attempted delivery at the time they said.

Absolutely terrible company. For some strange unknown reason, Amazon seem to keep using them despite there constant lies and unreliable service. Many times my packages have not arrived due to "complications" or "attempted deliveries" (I have cctv so know they haven't even tried).
Just happened again!! If you use Amazon I'm sure you are already aware of this company.
