When there delivery drivers , delivery package to my building they don't pay attention to who apartment number is on the package they just who ever will let them in . I'm sick of them buzzing me telling me I have a package when I didn't order anything and it was someone else in the building .

Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with by a long shot! They routinely safe drop packages at my door of my apartment building and I have been lucky nothing has been stolen yet as my cleaner or one of the neighbours have picked it up for me. I have actually requested Amazon to never send anything to me via them. Amazon was only able to put them as lowest priority delivery company. I told Amazon that I would rather wait weeks to receive an item from ANYONE ELSE than have Dynamex deliver next day.

Will get notifications from them stating they have attempted delivery of packages although the drivers will not get out of their vehicles. Talking to call center out of country will find rude and often times confrontational staff that will not help out. Best way to get service is from talking to Amazon employees directly.. Highly recommend finding another company to use if you want decent service! Should not be a courier service for Amazon and they should consider dropping these guys!

They consistently never deliver our products on time. Amazon needs to drop this company like a rock.
Update: They openly admitted that they didn't even try to deliver my package when they said they were going to. They just tell amazon they "Tried to deliver but the business was closed" How is this company employed by Amazon? They deserve to be fired.

Unfortunately Amazon keeps routing my orders through dynamex. They have repeatedly failed to deliver my packages and claim that I wasn't home for delivery or that the business I had it delivered to was closed. Never has this been the case and never before has a carrier had these issue with my packages. I have repeatedly requested that Amazon not use them for my packages but every so often they slip through. Every time I get dynamex I have issues with my order and am forced to cancel it and try again.

Contrary to other reviews, I’ve actually had a pleasant experience with Dynamex. I’ve had three amazon deliveries done by them so far. The delivery people have always been friendly, actually waited at the door and delivered earlier in the day than any other carrier. I appreciate the option for 1-day amazon delivery available now because of Dynamex. Not to say that other people haven’t had negative experiences, but I thought I’d share mine.

They are the worst delivery company I have dealt with in my life. And when you call to discuss issues, you get talk down to by the "customer care" staff and no one in that organization cares enough to return a call.

I am pleased to say that Amazon no longer uses this company because of the Avalanche of complaints so I am no longer subjected to them.

Waited home all day for them as reviews are horrible. At 930 pm amazon notificarion on my phone said attempted delivery. Unsafe to leave package. Lie. I was sitting 2 feet from my front door. Plus I have ring doorbell that showed no activity. No one even tried to come here. I complained to amazon. Another package was sent through dynamex. Again without ringing doorbell or knocking left package on my doorstep. Package sat overnight on my doorstep. Lazy and dishonest. In this day and age with cameras they choose to be lazy and irresponsible.
