Absolutely horrible. Had an employee needing a taxi. The rudest person I have ever dealt with says cash only. No debit, no credit card. She said try another taxi company. Uber sorely needed.

At the time of me writing this review the current dispatcher on 16/01/25 at 12:30 pm cancelled my cab because I was supposedly rude to her the last time I had called.

What she is referring to is when I called twice for a cab, got hung up on both times. I had then called another company, she had then called back I had said "I went with another company because she hung up on me twice" and I proceeded to hang up on her.

Instead of being professional and leaving it in when it happened several days ago because for some reason it's okay for her to hang up on customers but not okay for me to upset with bad service from being hung up on.

WORST TAXI SERVICE IN THE CITY.

These guys do not even deserve 1-star. They are so so rude. The lady who answers the calls has no sense of customer service. QUIT THE JOB if you don’t know how to treat your customers. They have kept me waited many times which I understood and did not complaint about it. But when I cancelled the taxi the second time only coz of some reasons and even before a reasonable time so that it does not harm them in anyway, they were so pathetic to tell me that I won’t be able to get any service in future. Ahh, forget it man. You are not the only one taxi in the city. Who care’s. I would better give $8 to Kelly’s than cry about a dollar for this pathetic taxi service.

Pulled into my back alley and wouldn’t you know it, the Eagle Taxi was in the alley, the driver was beside his vehicle with his pants around his ankles literally taking a dump in the middle of the alley!! Left his waste and the wad he used to wipe in the middle of the lane. Absolutely disgusting! There are so many other options. Gas stations, restaurants, malls, parks with public restrooms, the list goes on! Reported to the police and the city!

Update: the driver came back and cleaned up his mess. Still….gross.

Called for a cab at 6:30 am and was told “I don’t have a driver in town” and hung up on? Like okay great, why are you a 24 cab service if you don’t have the drivers to support that. Also even if they were out of town I could’ve gotten then taxi when he got back? Walked over an hour to get to my destination because of the rude dispatch.

THE WORST OF THE WORST!
I called for a cab and was given a 15 ETA after waiting 30 I called back to get an ETA they say ten minutes. Long story short I waited one and a half hours and was yell d at and belittled for asking for an update. When I was picked up the cab smelled of cigarettes and she sat there writing in a book for another 5 minutes before leaving the parking lot. She took the longest possible route to my destination. Overall terrible experience

There should be a zero stars rating because that’s what these guys deserve . The absolute worst cab company on the face of the planet. I recommend walking before calling this cab company for a ride. And the customer service is terrible
