Just moved up near Bancroft and thought we’d give this place a try but after going twice, it’s been a terrible experience both times. My boyfriend, my mom, and I went in, and the woman working there kept following us around, listening to our conversations, and interrupting. When we were talking among ourselves about the dryer prices, she suddenly came over to tell us how much they were. She also stuck her hand into the washers while our clothes were inside to check if we’d left enough space, and when we were washing our bedding, she came over again to tell us exactly how to add detergent and run the machine even though we never asked for help. It just felt overly controlling and uncomfortable.

Worst laundromat I've ever encountered. The place smells and is old and dirty. Your clothes come out 10x worse than you brought them in! I don't think they have traps on their drains as the whole place smells like a sewer?!?! People smoke all around the outside of the building, you walk through a cloud to get in and out of the building. There's a lot of dirty smelly people going there, so it's no surprise nothing gets clean. I'm glad I only had to go there temporarily, I feel sorry for anyone who has that as their only option. You'd be better off throwing some suds in a bathtub or bucket and washing your clothes by hand!

We went here today found it very clean the owner there was very friendly and when my washer didn't spin completely she helped me put it into another washer and redo it over again at no cost . And 5 bucks a wash is not expensive at all

I will never go back to this place!!! I spend $100.00 and was told I couldn't finish my wash and wouldn't give me chance to finish it. what should of only took me seven washers took sixteen. washers are smaller then any where else. I had to go to other place to finish my laundry. Alot happier there, and a lot cheaper .there was 18 dryers down and 5-6 washers down at this place.

Great place, clean. And I don't understand why people say the owner is rude and not nice. She's a sweet lady talked to my fiance and myself for awhile. People do reflect on how you treat them. I would go again.

Wow, I saw all the bad reviews and thought to myself how rude could the woman who runs this place be and went here anyways. Don’t bother. She would not let me use the bathroom, half the machines were broken, and I was rudely told I could get in line behind another couple waiting to do laundry on a Tuesday afternoon… then she walked off without letting me in to use the washroom. The Paudash Laundromat on Paudash rd is only 10 minutes away and the man who runs it is very kind. Less than 0 stars for this place and the nasty woman who runs it.

Take the owners advice and do your laundry in your bathtub. That’s what she told me to do and I’ve never returned. Bonus is the clothes come out cleaner when you wash by hand and you save a bunch of money! I found this place to be dirty, the machines are old and don’t spin properly and it’s an unfriendly, judgemental environment, mainly due to the rude owner.

as I’ve seen all of the negative comments regarding Linda (the lady who owns the Laundromat) I just wanted to say that she is SO friendly everytime I go in there. I’ve been only going once a week for about two months or so, and she remembers me every time I go in. She’s always been there to help if I needed it, and even has conversations with me as well as other customers while they’re waiting for their laundry. The cost is a little more than most, but they have lots of machines and most work well. I would definitely recommend this laundromat!
