Easy Parkade - Calmar, Alberta

The parkade is easy to locate and navigate. The 24/7 assistance was nice, especially for unexpected trip changes. Covered parking with outlets is a really great option in the winter in Edmonton, where it can get pretty cold. The terminal is immediately adjacent to the Easy Park, so a person can get in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Keep a look out for discounts if booking online ahead if time- they can add up to significant savings.

I prepaid for parking for a trip we were taking because we had to be at the airport at 4am. I received an email with instructions and the location where we are suppose to park. I. The instructions it’s says specifically DO NOT push the button for a parking ticket to raise the arm. We get to the machine and there is no where to insert our CC as directed in the email. I press the help button and the woman says to press the ticket button as the machine cannot accept the CC I prepaid with. So I said “the emailed instructions said ..” she rudely interrupts me saying to take a ticket. She said a bunch of other stuff but I couldn’t hear well through the speaker so my husband and I agreed that we would phone once we were in the terminal. We weren’t sure exactly where to park but we found a spot and got checked in and through security. I phoned easy park back once we were sorted because we couldn’t hear through the speaker and the lady that answered was the same one we talked to at the parkade entrance. She started the conversation with “like I told you earlier…” I politely asked her to repeat what she had said because we could hear through the speaker especially over the vehicle engine noise. She was rude but gave instructions on how to get the car out once we came back. I had concerns but too late to do anything. We ended up coming home early and got to the car at 1am. We got to the exit and pushed the help button again as we were told to do when we arrived. There was some confusion through the speaker so a nice man came down and confirmed we had paid and let us leave.
Easy park was not easy - it was stressful and I had needless stress. Next time I use park and ride.

I'd like to put kudos out to the Edmonton International Airport parking.

First, we had won a 3 day parking pass at Value Park; however, it expired during Covid. I contacted Value Park, Value Park replaced the parking pass in less than a week with a new expiry date.

Second, we had bought Easy Park at 50% off for our trip this fall. Then WestJet cancelled our flight and scheduled us to depart a day earlier. I know it is no problem to change the reservation by a few hours but to add a full day on a 50% off rate could be an issue. I phoned and spoke to EIA Parking, she was unable to modify the reservation but contacted her manager to assist in making the change without me losing the 50% off. Later that day, the email came through, EIA Parking successfully modified the reservation for a day earlier.

EIA Parking has been the easiest to work with, the most helpful, and the best response I have had for a long time. I believe they deserve a huge Thank You. I will never hesitate to prebook parking with them.

Had a discount code making this the same rate as the nearby uncovered lot when I booked in advance. It’s easy to navigate and allows for easy access to the airport. I ran into some issues as the entry process is a bit complicated if you book in advance (really read the instructions!) - but with that being said, the person on the other side of the “help” button was helpful and fixed the problem

press the button to talk to the person looking for help ,feels like this call been transferred to Indian call Centre, this guy add a "Men" on every sentence ,"I'm helping you men, listing to me men.........."in the end this guy didn't help me anything, won't come back anymore
