Great shop in Suter Brook! Friendly staff, lots of goods to choose from, whether you’re looking for a gift or something for your own home. It’s nice to be able to buy the Tru Earth laundry soap in person as well. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Port Moody.

I love the laundry cleaner. Great product, excellent for travel. However, the organization of the company is terrible. They have been "migrating" to their new website for six months. I have been unable to access my account, to place an order, and just now I discovered that they no longer ship to my country. I have called three times, once they changed the frequency of my subscription at my request, once they told me my order was on the way, and today, six months into the process, there is no sign of my order and they claim I never made an order, despite having received an email a month ago saying my order is on the way. Just be honest and say you don't ship here. Huge waste of my time and energy. It's a pity they can't get it together and be transparent about where they are willing to ship as well as have a functional website. Their called ID when you call says something about Sebastian United Church, so every time I call I think I am getting a wrong number. So many things to fix!

Most of the reviews here seem to be about credit card issues, and not about the retail side of the store. I love this store and have had wonderful experiences there. This is a great place to get a thoughtful gift for a friend, and the staff have always been helpful, kind and friendly. I do use the laundry strips, have for two years now, and wouldn’t change a thing. They get my clothes clean and I use 1-2 strips for my children’s clothes when they’re really dirty from playing in the sand. The store itself though - great. Check it out if you’re in the area. 🙂

This review is for three of the Tru Earth products. #1. I have been using the laundry detergent strips for over 2 years and love them. However, one fragrance-free package that I bought contained scented strips. Also, it appears that something has changed in the manufacturing process because the strips don't tear as easily as they used to. However, I'd still give this product 5 stars. #2. I have just started using the toilet bowl cleaner strips. I was surprised by how quickly they dissolve. I'm not sure if they clean as well as traditional liquid toilet bowl cleaners because you can't squirt the cleaner under the toilet bowl rim. However, I will continue using this product to save on plastic waste. I'd give this product 4 stars. #3. The dishwasher detergent is absolutely awful. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one. The package I bought contained one big block with 30 scored pieces of dishwasher soap. The block was so wedged into the box that I had to completely tear apart the box to get the soap out. The scoring on the block is superficial, so the soap crumbles when you try to break off a piece. The package tells you to use dry hands, which I did. That didn't work well, so I tried a sharp knife. That was only marginally better. I ended up with a real mess. That said, the soap does appear to dissolve ok in the dishwasher. I can't speak to how well it cleans dirty dishes because I always rinse my dishes first. So I'll be generous and give this product 2 stars but I definitely won't be buying it again.

Amazing product. Amazing customer service. They respond very quickly to email questions. I ordered the annual supply of the regular sheets, but then decided I wanted the platinum sheets, and there was no issue with me returning my first order for a refund. My first order arrived within 4 days. My second order arrived within 3 days.
It's crazy that a year's supply of laundry cleaner fits in a little box. I took some laundry sheets with me on my travels to Europe - so light and easy to transport.
If you care about the environment AT ALL - then use this product.

I have been using Tru Earth for the past two years and swear by it. I find a lot of clothing detergents irritate (itchy and bumpy skin) and causes allergies (sneezing) or smell extremely strong after the drying cycle. I prefer low fragrance detergents that are also small condo and budget friendly, and this fits both needs! I’ve had a minor shopping issue a few years back, and they helped me resolve it quickly and promptly. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! My personal favourite is the Clean Linen, but Lilac is a close second. 🙂

I received an email from Tru Earth to review their product I purchased online 7 weeks ago. I haven't even received the product yet!
I have used their product, great idea, but not super at cleaning regular loads.
Also online shopping experience is poor. When click to proceed to check out, I had to go through four individual pages of upsell "hey, you should buy this product too". Click decline, proceed to check out and another upsell page. By the time I got to the end, I wanted to cancell my order, but I didn't.
Now at 7 weeks out without any product delivered, and a store bought supply of mediochre product, I am not impressed.
