Still have not received my package! They “attempted to deliver” to us when we were home all day, but somehow we weren’t available. They never even tried to buzz in. Now my package is sitting an hour bus ride away and they won’t redeliver it. I’ve called twice now and gotten zero help. They told me it’s easier for me to pick it up, after telling them that it is not easier. This is the second time now that the delivery driver has just not bothered to even attempt to deliver. First time, we SAW HIM glance at the intercom where all the apartment numbers and buzzer codes are listed and then write up a slip. Thankfully we were able to chase him down and get the package that time, but he LIED TO MY FACE and told me there was no buzzer code for my apartment. Sir, do not insult my intelligence.

This time I’ve been waiting since March 21/2025 to receive a package that should have been left at my door, but due to the driver’s laziness and incompetence, I can’t get my package. When I asked them to redeliver it and explained that this is THEIR fault, I was told that they have to contact the shipper and get them to PAY ICS for another delivery attempt! I told them that is unacceptable because why should someone be paying for their screw up? Now I have to wait for another email that they sent to the warehouse, even though nobody answered the first email. I will never be using their services again after I receive my package. This is absolutely ludicrous.

Called, got voicemail. Called again next business day 9:05AM, got voicemail again. Looked up location to take in package - Google Maps shows a back alley that leads to nowhere. All the photos show Dental office and a line in GM description says 1st floor Dental. Around front, office for Dental is for lease. I gave up and used UPS which was right there.

They completely ghosted me after I arranged a pickup, and after they already had taken my credit card number. I tried email, phone, and voicemails over the course of two weeks, even offering that they complete it as a rush delivery, and no response at all. If you have an important delivery, consider looking elsewhere as these people don't seem very professional. I eventually had my delivery done elsewhere and for cheaper.

These guys are seriously the best couriers in town. They go above and beyond the call of duty and are very reasonably priced. I've easily called them maybe over 30 times over the years.
