I came in with my elderly mom who wanted to rent a storage unit as she is moving into a nursing home. We came in and we greeted by a tall bearded man who welcomed us with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. He made sure he went above and beyond to make sure the process was smoothly as possible! It was such a nice and refreshing experience, she was so satisfied by the end of it! I would recommend him to anyone. It was refreshing getting this level of customer service ☺️

My belongings were stolen here. Security is terrible and I even saw homeless people inside lockers. Completely unsafe avoid this place.

The management (owner) clearly and manager chris does not take security seriously, cameras and staff presence are useless if theft is happening so openly. I trusted them with my valuables, and they completely failed.

If you care about your things, do not use this storage.

Good storage company. I was renting a unit for over year, and didn't have any problems regarding anything. Reasonable prices, kind and caring staff who don't beat around the bush and will answer any questions you have. Very clean and well kept. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Jill is so helpful and such a delight!
We had one space and needed to move to the main floor which was easier for the movers! It has been a pleasure to use this facility! Wish they had elevators instead of stairs. Easy access and place is clean and freshly painted. Good price for the size we had.

I’m sad to say that this is an awful place to store your belongings. My unit has had a leak for 3 months now and nothing has been done about it. The light fixture closest to my unit has been burnt out since October and still not replaced. Now my belongings have been covered with some sort of brown spots. The owners/management have offered me a different unit, but nothing regarding the months that my stuff was subjected to a leak. A refund, either in full or partial for the months I paid for a non climate controlled unit subjected to a leak is the least they should be doing. Offering me a smaller unit to put some of my stuff in to clear the area where the leak is, as they had no units the same size as the one I am paying for is not acceptable. While the location is convenient, the lack of maintenance is appalling and not worth what they charge. Not to mention not having any kind of elevator to access the second floor.
