I rented a storage space with Elite twice in the past three years, and both times, it was an absolute breeze! Sure, it was a bit pricey, but the service was totally worth it.

Wife and I rented a storage unit here for about 5-6 months and received amazing customer service from the owner Mitch the entire time. Loved my experience with this facility! It is well maintained, spotless and bonus the staff are phenomenal 👏 special shoutout to Mitch for being such a hard worker, goes above and beyond and always with a smile. Keep up the amazing work. I rented a locker here for a few months and was very happy with my experience. The facility is very clean, secure and well taken care of, and the pricing is quite reasonable. I had a great experience with Elite Self Storage - South Edmonton! Mitch was so wonderful to work with. He was very informative, polite, and understanding. The facility itself was always clean and well maintained. Definitely one of the more money-friendly storage units with how much space is given. We have had nothing but over the top service from Elite storage South location. Particularly Mitch! So informed, helpful, polite, and just makes us want to continue dealing with this company. The way he answers the phone and speaks to us as customers is memorable and a breath of fresh air! He is very clearly invested in the business he is representing.

Awesome !!Mitch Miller took me for a tour of there facility and it was amazing. I was so impressed with everything that I signed up instantly and what a relief to find a place with such high security & ease of getting in when I want & no worries if items left at the facility.
I would highly recommend Elite Storage to any of my family friends . This is the place you need to go to .
