I ordered items on Aliexpress, everything was fine, until my package was in the hands of eMile Express. Monday February 24 around 3pm, the delivery man arrived in front of my house and did not even ring the intercom. So he pretended that it was not the right address. So my package was returned to their delivery station. I tried to call, no answer. I sent a message on their site and they told me on the 24th that my package would be delivered within 48 hours. It is now February 27, or 72 hours. I sent a message on their site and they answered me the same thing that I had as an answer on Monday ... I am really unsatisfied ... Unfortunately, I cannot have my package transferred to another company like Canada Post or Intelcom! In short, avoid them as much as possible! Just because of this, I will not order from Aliexpress anymore.

J'ai commandé des articles sur Aliexpress, tout allait bien, jusqu'à ce que mon colis soit entre les mains d'eMile Express. Lundi 24 février vers 15h, le livreur est arrivé devant chez moi et n'a même pas sonné à l'interphone. Il a donc prétendu que ce n'était pas la bonne adresse. Mon colis a donc été renvoyé à leur poste de livraison. J'ai essayé d'appeler, pas de réponse. J'ai envoyé un message sur leur site et ils m'ont dit le 24 que mon colis serait livré sous 48h. Nous sommes maintenant le 27 février, soit 72h. J'ai envoyé un message sur leur site et ils m'ont répondu la même chose que j'avais eu comme réponse lundi... Je suis vraiment insatisfaite... Malheureusement, je ne peux pas faire transférer mon colis à une autre compagnie comme Poste Canada ou Intelcom ! Bref, évitez-les au maximum ! Rien que pour ça, je ne commanderai plus sur Aliexpress.

Ma femme tu es en robe de chambre derrière la porte et le livreur insistait fortement pour aller aux toilettes même si elle lui a dit non il a demandé à 3 reprises si elle n'avait pas fermé la porte je pense qu'il serait rentré

Terrible shipping company. Ordered off of Temu many times and shipped right to my door with other shipping companies. Emile says I’m out of the range and won’t tell me what the range is. Warehouse is full of packages thrown all over. The one package I received had holes in it and damage from being dragged and throw around. The man in charge yelled at me in Chinese multiple times, and kept interrupting me when I tried to ask why my package showed as being there but he claimed it wasn’t. I would never choose this shipping company in a million years.

The worst delivery company!!!! Unfortunately, the buyer often does not choose the company to deliver the goods purchased on the Internet and he falls into the zone of irresponsibility of such companies. From personal bitter experience, I know how Emile delivers goods. The delivery people are rude and often even insult customers. The goods are thrown downstairs of a multi-story building, and not delivered to the address to the door of the apartment as stated in the delivery address itself. Thus, parcels are subject to theft and it is always a lottery whether you will receive your parcel or not. In the absence of a parcel, its non-delivery or theft, the client has no one to contact. Chat is unavailable all the time, you will be told that the chat is outside working hours. They will not answer your email, their phone does not work. So if you have not received the parcel, you will remain defenseless, since online it will be noted that the parcel has been delivered. The seller sees this and you can’t prove that the parcel was stolen due to the negligence of the company, which is basically impossible to contact.

The company didn’t leave the package at my apartment and I have contacted the chat people 3 times over 2 weeks. Each time I contact it’s the same ordeal. They ask if I want it re-delivered. I say yes and confirm the address and then nothing happens. I can’t drive to their warehouse as I’m on disability. They don’t have a phone number and clearly they don’t answer instructions from head office customer service. They’ve lost my package because I can’t get it and they can’t communicate to have it relived like they say they are. Horrible company

According to their tracking, my package was delivered 2 days ago but I haven’t received anything. It doesn’t state where it was other than the postal code and city. There are also no images of where it was dropped. I tried calling the customer service number provided by them but the automated system says their phone system is down. The recording directs back to the website which only reflects the same information and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to submit an online inquiry. Very poor service. It’s not that hard to document and upload an image of where the package was dropped.

Decent deliveries but they NEVER knock or ring the doorbell to let you know the package is there. A few times my things sat on the front step all night long because they delivered at 8:30 pm and no indication that something was delivered until the next day.

Please have your driver's either knock or ring doorbell so we can bring out packages in before they get stolen.
