I smell corruption, someone is really misusing their position. The road area is always flooded for 6 months and road is ridiculously damaged, they will just act work is done by sending water pumping trucks while actual budget for fixing the root cause is shoved into someones pocket! Please investigate. The location is near dubai center and traffic light intersection and thousands of annual fees are paid ? pathetic! If no action taken, i will find the manager and report to dubai municipality and escalate the matter

Just frustrating. The callcenter people who are responding to queries are unskilled and don’t provide accurate information. I am an apartment owner and my new tenant wanted to register Empower in her name. Now it’s already taking weeks and this hasn’t happened. Empower sent me an email saying that they produced an estimated final bill - of course the bill wasn’t attached and didn’t show up online. Asked multiple times to provide the bill they failed to do that. A couple of days later another bill came for the same period. But the amount was different. It showed up online then that I had to pay both these bills. Why? And for the first amount not even an invoice was produced? It just doesn’t make sense. Why do you need to send an unnecessary estimated bill if you can just go and get the meter reading and send the final bill? And why does this even need to be paid if you’re already holding a deposit of four times the amount and you can just deduct the final bill from the deposit? DEWA has a much better streamlined process for this. Get your stuff in order.

Really complicated cancellation process, not to mention the site is very difficult to use. The worst part there is no way to connect with them, their phone number and emails are all automated. For over 2 weeks I've been trying to disconnect, it's been almost impossible to get any kind of support. To the point that I'm wondering if anyone actually works there.
Will never again rent or buy a building connected to Empower.

Schon die Registrierung ist ein Alptraum. Ich habe versucht die Anmeldung am Handy zu machen. Ich habe zwar eine request Nummer erhalten kann mich aber mit den eingegebenen login Daten nicht anmelden. Dann habe ich versucht mich neu zu registrieren, das geht dann nicht da ich bereits angemeldet bin. Zum reset wird eine kundennummer verlangt die noch nicht existiert. Bei der Hotline gibt es nur eine Computerspiele also keine Hilfe, per Mail erhält man dann die Info man soll sich anmelden. Ich habe ja schon viel erlebt, aber das ist echt das allerletzte

Some points to take care of before living in a building with AC service provided by empower:
1. If you don't pay the bill on time you pay a 1000 aed fine
2. There is no customer service contact, its machine replying to you to select from a menu, the answer to your question would be: "visit our website to know the answer"
3. The requirement to connect or to get the final bill will make you do some effort, its not convenient
4. You have no option to get your refund after closing the account but to take time off from your work to get the money in cash or cheque and this takes 7 to 30 days, yes, this is what they tell you in the message and if you will get it cash it takes at least 3 weeks (the nearst available time) otherwise transfer it to another account on empower!!) So you pay them online but they don't pay you online but money in hand
This is their message:
"Dear Customer, Your Refund mode has been selected as 'Cheque Refund' against your account ..... Ref: Case ID ..... The process will take between 7 to 30 days. You will be notified once the cheque is ready"
5. For final bill, if the owner didn't sign the contract but a poa, you will hard time because no availability of this option to upload the poa then your request will be rejected until you can reach to a human and explain to him/her
6. You will feel the difference and understand more about how companies care about humans (customers) when you try to get the final bill from empower and from the great DEWA

One of the worst companies. They just issue more charges and fines. Actually I consider them a fraudulent company. The connection and disconnection process is very complicated. Also the website is not user friendly at all. Not recommended to rent any property managed by empower.

I will never live in a property contracted with Empower because of the high fines without any right or law. Unfortunately, there is no interest in customers online and offline Every employee apologise for the matter.it’s out of my hand I?

Pathetic Company, Hefty demand charges, They don't have any app, mostly there site is down, very complex to connect to the CSR.
