I recently moved to a rural area outside of Ocala, and I love it! But the well water here is very bad. Very high iron content, some sulfur, and other stuff you really don’t want on you in the shower…much less in your mouth.
I’m aware that certain very well-known water system companies often use substandard components, then charge maintenance fees and service charges to increase revenue. Been there. I want a company that’s big enough to stand behind their products, but small enough that each customer matters to them.
I did some research, asked around, and a friend of mine recommended these folks. I ended up speaking with Bobby. He asked the right questions about my water and current setup, and patiently explained their system, components, etc. After a bit more research, I felt comfortable with both the company and the solution they offered, so pulled the trigger.
I have experience with other water treatment systems, so was a bit surprised with this one. The media filter tanks were larger than other units I’ve had in the past, and the “head units” on these tanks were high quality (again, based on my previous experience over the last 30 years with both inferior and high-quality units). These head units are the more modern version of the system I had at my old place, which is over 20 years old and still working, with minimal service needed. I think I replaced the little “barrel units” that control water flow after around 8 years or so…cheap.
I could nitpick about the install being delayed a couple days due to a shipping issue, but stuff happens, and I work from home anyway. I liked the install team. If you work with your hands, you can tell if someone is “winging it”. These guys were efficient/confident, but they DID spend extra time arranging the components and running the plumbing in a very neat, organized way. They were very easy going, yet professional. They also took the time to teach me how to flush the icky crud out of my water pipes (from the previous owners running without a water system), without clogging shower heads, etc. Even went the extra mile and installed the water line for my fridge (from the under-sink RO system they installed).
I don’t like recommending services like this because then if someone has a bad experience, it comes back on me. But I really get the impression that these guys know what they’re doing, and care about building a reputation.

The installer (Jonathan) was outstanding in every way possible due to his vast knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. He was very patient in fully explaining the functions of the equipment, which we really appreciated. If you ever need a water system installed he's your guy.
