Not the best over experience customer service wise. I had originally called to reserve a vehicle. The lady operating the location was very condescending and unprofessional. I have used this company in the past but this was a new location. Was unable to answer any questions I had. The vehicle was “new” but idled funny, had a service engine light on and the trunk was not cleaned properly which prevented me from putting any items in there. Not sure if it was an off day but more training or support for the employees may be required. The manage was there when I returned and offered me 1 free day but that really didn’t help much.

People,,, Stay away from this so what car rental. Nothing more frustrating than some telling you you have a car, and when you get there there is none, This happened to me the canada day weekend. I will never go there again, wow Enterprise Stephenville, not good.

Leo is great!! Suggested we take a minivan instead of our truck reservation and it was the best decision ever! Did a 7 day road trip in it, got back and they called and paid for our cab to the airport. Seamless transactions coming and going. Will be back! Thanks Stephenville Enterprise 🙂
