Nice FBO. Entrance was not the most obvious but nbd. Inside the staff were friendly and more than happy to help with whatever we needed. The pilot lounge area was par with most in southern ontario. Overall decent place.

Ramp operations at Waterloo airport are a complete disaster. Small airline names suffer due to this company's operations (or lack of thereof). Should lose the contract for small airports operators

Brendan is simply the best fueler we have ever had across North America. We have had him in London and in Sault Ste. Marie and we would not buy our fuel anywhere else at these airports because of him. He always makes sure our airplane (as well as us) are well taken care of, no matter what we needed. Hoping to see him again soon as we have not seen him in a while.

Staff working at Hamilton Airport swoop checkin counter and gate were extremely rude and customer service skills were awful.
5 mins late for baggage drop. Would not make a single call to see if extension was available. Spoke very condescending as she stated the rules and my inability to follow them. Told me i could leave my luggage. Ut it would be thrown away as if anyone would leave 100lbs of luggage behind. My 7 year old child was devastated when the women said this as 1 bag was full of her birthday gifts.
We get to the gate to discover the plane was not even here, delayed but nothing stated that until 8mins after it was suppossed to leave.
Had they posted the delay we could have had our luggage make the plane. Zero effort was made by staff of the airport or executive aviation. The pilot, and a pilot flying as a passenger were the only helpful staff during this extremely frustrating situation.

Terrible company to deal with. They don't even have the courtesy and respect to return an email or telephone call. I reached out to the president by email, I never heard back. This was after I contacted the receptionist and she said that was the best way to reach him. I then contacted her and she said he's a busy guy, well I'll put you over to the VP. I left a message a she suggested, he never even bothered returning my call. I moved on.

This is a great FBO, I was provided an excellent service by agents, Angelo and Jeremy, excellent crew that goes above and beyond to make us comfortable, will be using their services and accomodations whenever Im London
