My husband and I had a bucket list for the last 25 years to go to Alaska. We finally did it and just got back from an amazing and incredible cruise. I’ve never used a travel agent before and I had initially booked my trip directly through the cruise line agents. Then good friends recommended Colleen to us. We switched everything over to Colleen directly at no cost to us and she handled absolutely everything from there! I can’t say thank you enough for your amazing service, I’ve never had someone go above and beyond like Colleen has for us, including an 11pm phone call back while she was on vacation to answer our questions when time was of the essence. She did all the follow ups with the cruise lines directly which meant I did not have to call and either wait on hold or be told 5 different things from different agents.

After our wonderful experience I will not hesitate to call Colleen first! I was always afraid of extra costs or fees involved with a travel agent, but it turned out to cost the same as booking direct but with exceptional service!!! Thank you so much Colleen for making this a seamless and memorable experience. We will definitely be returning customers and sending friends your way!

Our family visited Puerto Vallarta this month—a destination we knew very little about until it was recommended by Nicole, whom we met during an exploratory visit to Expedia. We were truly impressed by Nicole’s knowledge of various travel destinations and her genuinely helpful nature.

Although we didn’t book through Expedia, Nicole took the time to understand our needs and budget, offering valuable insights, helping with hotel options and bookings, and staying actively involved throughout our vacation planning. Thanks to her, our trip turned out wonderfully, and I’m very grateful for her support.

I’d definitely recommend visiting an Expedia location apart from doing your own research if you're unfamiliar with your travel destination—it really helped us gain a better understanding and confidence in our plans.

I had the pleasure of working with Tracey Monds to book our 2024 Family Christmas cruise. Although travelling in a group of 6 at Christmas time can be overwhelming, Tracey made it simple and seamless. She communicated with us along the way so we had complete information and was timely in answering all of our questions. I highly recommend Tracey. She is professional, knowledgeable, gives travelling options and many money saving tips, tricks, and ideas. We will be using her again for this year's escapade. (Very happy I stumbled upon this centre as I was waiting to pick up my pizza ... lol.)

FYI ... Christmas was an amazing adventure and we have decided to make cruising our new holiday tradition.

I have used Kelly and the agency for years, both arranging personal adventures around the world and for my business travel. Every time the service has been excellent and personable.

When you know a service is good is not necessarily when everything goes right but when it goes wrong. On a recent trip one of my travel partners fell gravely ill; In the midst of the trip everything had to change, Kelly was available and calmly, and expertly rearranged all our requirements.

I cannot recommend her more highly!

When I was younger I used to think why would anyone use a travel agent when you can book it yourself. BUT than life happens and now I would never book a trip without one. I used Colleen for the first time in 2018 and now wouldn't dare book anything without her!! She has been a lifesaver, she has been there way too many times! She is very professional and pays attention to detail. I have referred her to friends and coworkers and they have thanked me for this contact. She is that good. I am lucky to have found Colleen, she makes the stress of booking trips during these times, that much easier!

My husband and I had a terrible experience with Kelly. We used her for our destination wedding and tried to book a travel block through her for our guests. This was one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences of my life. After months of trying to lock down a travel block with WestJet (to be fair, I’m not sure if the delay was her fault), we sent her contact information to our guests so she could help them get booked.

Then the complaints from our guests started flooding in. She constantly misspelled names, wrote down credit card card information incorrectly, didn’t return phone calls or emails, etc. When I brought my concerns to her, she got incredibly defensive and took no accountability. Even after I brought our concerns forward, mistakes kept happening. Another travel agent suggested I reach out to the franchise owner. Unfortunately, I was immediately brushed off by her as well.

Then Air Canada announced that they were permanently canceling all direct flights to Cancun and all our flights were changed to long, connecting flights with overnight layovers. I’m mindful that this was out of anyone's control, but the way it was handled by Kelly made the already stressful situation so much worse. Not only did she not know about the flight cancellations with Air Canada, but when I questioned her about it, she was very condescending and incorrectly told me it was because of something else. When I asked if we could look at getting a refund, I was reminded that she was losing a lot of money and there was no guarantee that WestJet wouldn’t do the same. It took over a month to hear back from her about a refund, and during this time several of my guests contacted her directly, which she was upset about. At one point, she even raised her voice at me over the phone because she had an unpleasant interaction with a guest, a matter beyond my control that I was not a part of. Unfortunately, two of our guests were stuck booking through Kelly. Up until the very end, she continued to make mistakes misspelling names on boarding passes and providing incorrect information about the airlines.

Never in my life have I dealt with someone so unprofessional and downright bad at their job. Unfortunately, this situation really ruined the entire wedding planning experience for me.

It has been many years since we have planned a big trip, and we were SO lucky to be referred to Tracey Monds. Our trip will include two grandparents, Mom, Dad, a 16-year-old and a 11 year-old. Tracey is an excellent listener, put a trip together based on our discussions as well as provided information/suggestions regarding tours and site seeing which will make our trip fantastic. Tracey responds to e mails and questions, no matter how trivial, within a few hours even though she is busy. Tracey has a great support team who provide quotes and answers questions regarding travel insurance, car rentals, etc. in a timely manner. Tracey provides updates as to when we could be booking tours and upscale restaurants in advance on the ship. Although it is not part of her job Tracey has assisted us with setting up our "App" for the ship for easier boarding, managing our tours, etc. Tracey will be our first choice for planning future trips whether small or large and is a GREAT asset to "Expedia Cruises in Chestermere.
