This is by far the worst shuttle service I've ever encountered. Initially, I was told they’d pick me up at 1 pm, yet the driver didn’t arrive until nearly 4 pm. I had been traveling from Ontario since early that morning without sleep, with two cats who were tired, thirsty, and hungry from the long journey. To make matters worse, the driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel. When I called for assistance, I was told they couldn’t pick me up because I’d already been dropped off.

I don't know my way around Lethbridge, so I didn’t realize there were two Sandman hotels. My cats and I ended up stranded, waiting even longer because of their lack of organization. Considering the other reviews, I should have taken the warning. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, only to find them not only three hours late but also constantly shifting the pickup time.

On top of this mess, I missed the final walkthrough of the house I purchased. I am beyond livid. And instead of offering to cover the cost of another ride, they simply arranged a cab—for me to pay for! The driver himself was polite and came into the airport to let us know when he arrived, which was the only positive aspect of this entire ordeal. However, this company needs to understand the importance of making commitments to their customers and, if there’s a delay, communicate that clearly.

I initially contacted them on October 3rd, explaining that I’d be traveling with two cats, yet they showed zero consideration for the impact of this delay on them or me. Do yourself a favour and avoid this service entirely. This was my first—and definitely my last—experience with them.

Would give this zero stars if I could, but I hope 1 star is enough to warn you not to book with this company.

Paid for my ticket online and was called the night before to let me know that pick-up would be at 1 PM from my selected location in Calgary. Myself and one other passenger were being picked up here to go to Lethbridge.

Myself and the other passenger waited 2 hours with no pick-up. Throughout that time, me and her both called the company's operator roughly every half hour (1:30, 2:00, 2:30 PM). Each time we were told that they could not provide an ETA, but that the driver was on their way. When 3 PM hit I called once again and the operator said that he would call the driver. When we called again 10 minutes later, we were told that the driver had not been given our pick-up information and had driven out of town; they were now near Nanton, over an hour away and would be turning back to get us.

I'm baffled by how the driver could have got an hour out of town when we had called an hour earlier, and again a half hour earlier. Clearly our concerns were not taken seriously for the operator to wait until 2 hours past our pick-up time to call the driver and see where they were. Seriously disappointed that the time we were wasting waiting for the shuttle was so quickly dismissed.

Once I was told it would be another hour waiting at the mall we had selected to get picked up at, I asked for a refund as I decided to book a cheaper Red Arrow ticket for the same day instead. I was able to wait at my friend's house for a bus I knew would leave on time; unfortunately the other passenger waiting with me was stuck at the mall for at least another hour.

When I asked about a refund, the operator seemed to brush it off and told me they would talk to their boss about it. I had to be the one to ask if they needed my name for my ticket information, at which point the operator did ask me to text in my information. Given everything that's happened I'm a bit worried they may be slimy about the refund, so honestly I'm hoping this review also encourages them to do the right thing here and refund me, as well as the other passenger that didn't get picked up until well past the time she should have been arriving in Lethbridge.

F & L shuttle service was a life saver for me today because I was stranded in Calgary. The red arrow wouldn't let me board without valid ID (mine had expired). F&L saved the day, I'm so grateful. They even dropped me right at my front door. Fantastic and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I didn't want to write this review, but it has been long overdue. I paid for a trip from Calgary to Lethbridge. The driver showed up 4 hours late and I was not compensated.
