Bruce and his team has worked on five different projects for my husband and I. First, we built a home in Stirling where he designed cabinets/vanities for the kitchen and three bathrooms. Since this was our first experience in designing a kitchen in full, Bruce helped us make most of the decisions. The kitchen was BEAUTIFUL!
Next, he put small kitchens in a rental house that we own and our company's lunchroom. In both instances, we were on a tight budget. He was flexible with his pricing and we were able to make them both work.
In early 2020 we built a home outside of Madoc that included a large kitchen with an island, 5 bathrooms, master closet, 3 bedroom closets, a fireplace built-in and garage storage. Bruce and Jeanine helped us design something that is both warm and welcoming! On that build, several things changed during construction and they were very open and accommodating of the changes. The results were amazing!
The last project that we did with Farquhar was a new 4-plex building that would need kitchens along with 3 bathroom vanities in each unit. Again, Bruce and Jeanine were there at every step to help us make decisions. There were multiple delays with this project and they adjusted their schedules to make ours work every time.
I truly can't say enough about this team. They were professional, prompt, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. If we have another project come up, we will definitely be contacting them again!

Bruce custom built us a kitchen back in 2001 when he was first in business. Made every inch work. Had him back a few years later to do a custom build in a bathroom of vanities and cabinets. When we moved to a new location, he built an addition to insert in our china cabinet so it would work in our new dining room and was not satisfied until the stain matched exactly. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We had our whole house done by Farquhar cabinets about 10 years ago- that included laundry room , 4 bathrooms, games room and kitchen - we decided to complete the laundry room by adding upper cabinets - Bruce came out and measured it all up and built the cabinets. They were just installed - the stain (color) matched perfectly and the install went very well. Great job guys - highly recommend Bruce and his crew.

Bruce and his staff are just excellent to deal with - we built a custom home just under 4000 Sq ft. He did the kitchen, 4 bathrooms, laundry room and a custom service area in the lower level. We had some minor adjustments and corrections as is normal for such a large project - Bruce took care of all these issue promptly. I know he is really busy and some times hard to get but this is the result of his success and he has a lot of business- keep up the good work guys

Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I did see the review here for lack of responsiveness, but hoped it was a one off. This wasn't the case. Originally sent the email on January 27th, asking for email confirmation that it was received, nothing. Sent a follow up on February 2nd and received a response saying Bruce would get something out the following week. Had to follow up again , received a response on the 16th saying they are backlogged and I should hear back soon. We are currently March 9th and not a word back from them. I can acknowledge and appreciate that people are busy, but to not get responses at all is completely unacceptable from a business that depends on people like me to stay in business. If you are so busy that you just can't accept anyone at this time, that is great and I am happy that the business is doing well, but communicate that, don't leave people hanging.

The owner of this company walked out on a project after a 6 month long wait for a bath vanity over a small misunderstanding regarding the hardware…. He advised me that nothing was signed, lol. Admitted to not having the patience to discuss final details before an install….
So no bath vanity and no compassion. He is not a rectifier!!!

Seemed to be so busy that they really didn't care if they got your business or not. Every week they kept saying next week we'll have a estimate for you and this went on for at least six weeks. Finally phoned them and told them to forget it I will find someone else. No explanation or apology just to busy. Would never recommend this business .
