4/4 experiences as the receiver where a skid is in their warehouse for 3 weeks before getting delivered. Skid just sits there about 15 minutes from the final destination.

I run a business and I rely on Lower Mainland Fast Freight for all my deliveries. I'm very happy with the service... from the dispatchers to the drivers..and managers. .they get the job done. I was particularly impressed with a particular driver...Hark...I had to get a shipment to Richmond on a Friday night at 9pm ..4 pallets weighing around 9000 lbs...he was very helpful...got the shipment there on time and in perfect condition ..even calling me after and letting me know it got there ...Much appreciated!

We did use Fastfrate for many years. It is not worth it any more. Totally disrespectful and ignorant of their customers to make corrections to billing. Answering numerous calls and e-mails is no no for them. But overcharging your customers yes. Which will result in your customers to stop ordering from you. We got numerous complains about that from our customers. That’s how we lost our customers.. After waiting for months for FastFrate reply you will receive e-mail from collecting agency for few $100. We have never experienced this kind of conduct of professionalism in business and customer care. If you want to have peace of mind and keep your customers don’t use this company who do not care about your business and what they are doing further than sending you invoices.

Been using this company for years, but lately it feels like there is no more care in their services and philosophy. I've spoken to a manager named Tyler but he seems unexperienced and unsupportive towards customers. Quite sad that it's one person who spoils the company, I will not use their services any longer.
