Came in around 730pm on a Friday. Ordered a burger to go. Got home (5 mins away) and opened up to an oil soaked burger. It was so bad the bun was soggy and the wrapper ripping like a wet paper bag. Entire inside of the wrapper is covered in oil as seen in the pic. Usually love this place but very disappointed especially when the prices are as high as they are.

Had to go back to exchange the drink they gave me, which was wrong; don't know if they read the receipt. When I got home ~ 3 mins away, friends and onion rings were soggy, wet and chewy. May be reheated burgers were soaking wet, including the bun which was falling apart. Don't know what they are doing but probably won't be going back.

You know having just being at this location I can not see why anyone would have a bad thing to say about this place. These 3 ladies running this place are very good at their jobs. The food was cooked very fast and exactly like we wanted and the burgers are incredible. The staff was friendly and we were greeted with smiling faces. People eating next to us hot up and left after a great meal and one of them was on top of cleaning right away. When one of us needed anything they were on it. The service was better than most higher end restaurants my opinion. Well done fat burger staff and if anyone if driving through it’s well worth a stop. The burgers are big and well priced, you will leave full and wanting more later !

Only reason to leave the atmosphere as a 3 is because it’s not it’s two restaurants in one building. Not the biggest deal but there isn’t many tables to seat people. But as a stop and go it’s better than any other fast food chain going.

I went there for a hot dog and Mandeep and simran took my order and they made me the best hot dog I've ever had. They were super friendly and provided great service I will be going back for another hot dog thank you very much simran and Mandeep!

The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm. Literally walked about 5 yards away from the door at 9:27 pm on a Saturday as an employee came to the front and locked the door... not cool. All I wanted was milkshake

The staff at Fatburger know how to make some awesome burgers.
Vandna, has prepared many burger creations for me and whether you have 2 patties or 6 with all the fixings, she manages to get it together and make it stay together. Always patient and ready to help too.

If you happen to find yourself looking for a good burger, I recommend checking them out.

Fond Memories made here even though it was literally the end of the night. The staff we're very respectfully, attentive and perceptive and patient. Even though it was the very end of their night and you could see that they had had quite the day. I was impressed with their customer service, their food and their kindness. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for some good food at any time of day.
Just in case you happen to not notice that it is a Ricky's and a fat burger combined , My only suggestion would be to make sure that you're ordering from the menu that you came to enjoy 😉

I walked in at 6:11, made an order for 2 fat burgers with cheese. I didn't leave with a proper order until 6:39... 28 minutes. It took 18 minutes to get the 2 burgers at 6:29. That in itself I think deserves some kind of compensation. Nothing.

I went out to the car, opened the bag and one of the burgers was the opposite of what I ordered. I go right back in 6:30. I explain the problem, she says she'll make a new one. I say, great, but it's been 20 minutes, this is crazy. She says, sorry. 9 minutes later I have a new burger and newfound rage towards Fatburger. At what point do inconveniences like this deserve compensation? What a giant disappointment. Never again.
