Excellent food. Great service. Great atmosphere. I had the mushroom Swiss burger, and my company had the king burger and nacho fries.
It came to the table hot and the presentation was excellent.

I dont normally do fast food, so it was a great surprise that it was so tasty.

Ordered $65 in food on skip the dishes when I received it the one kid's Burger had burnt onions from the grill from probably a week prior burnt into the top of the burger that was absolutely solid like boot leather my $18 double burger look to nothing like the picture was supposed to be full of onions and cheese and I got nothing I ordered $3 worth of gravy and got 1/4 of a container full everything we got was cold missing toppings and absolutely char-broiled to death. By far the worst eating experience I've had in Grand Prairie in 7 years.. when we called the manager about it he argued with us the whole time instead of trying to correct the situation or make it better.. my family my friends and anybody I know I will make sure I discourage them from going to any Fatburger ever again

I usually make good reviews im google i would like to let everyone know that this place is RANK.
We waited 45 minuted for a cheese burger i went to ask for a refund and they gave me my burger it was made very sloppy. Not worth it. Go to another place like 5 guys where you get your food decent and not made sloppy.

Good experience! Friendly service, clean place, and a very good and large burger. I got the XL Double Fatburger with bacon, and I loved it. I liked the fresh lemonade. The hot sauce and seasoning on the table was a nice touch. The price point feels a touch high, and I’m not used to a fast food place asking for a tip.

I have always enjoyed to eat here or get take out, except for today... it was my partners bday so I figured I would surprise him with a meal from here and for the family.
Before I left, I took my daughter to the bathroom and we walked right out because the seat was not attached to the toilet and was very dirty.. they said they couldn't put whipped cream on the last milk shake because apparently they ran out ( no discount for that).
So I got home, looking forward to eating our food, my kids meals had barely any fries with their burger, my burger was a mess, the burger itself was barely holding together, it was not tasty and should've taken it back, I through out most of my food.
Once my partner opened his up to eat, same as mine, my kids could have done a better job at making the meals than they did and for the price of everything...... I'm not impressed, I'm not sure what changed since the last time i had it but I probably will never go back there..

The food here is so disgusting. Ordered a California burger, didn't give me cheese, the bacon is so hard and dry, the pic I attached, that's all I could eat for now, not sure if I will even finish later. The beef was dry and not tasty. The coconut bone in wings, they gave me a sauce what looks like pepper sprinkled in lemon juice. It's my first time ordering wings from here so on the list it has 5 fires beside it, which I assume is supposed to be the most spicy out of the other ones but its not spicy at all. I called to complain about it but she said it's for sure coconut jerk. I would think what I got was lemon pepper which was one of the choices. And the onion rings I had like 2, and the rest is not edible, I will throw those out. Very dissatisfied with this meal and for the price they charge this is ridiculous, nothing from the meal was fresh. Ughhh

Oh I forgot to mention the wings are supposed to come with celery and carrots but I didn't get that and a choice of either blue cheese or ranch sauce but they didn't even ask and just gave me ranch. I only found out after I saw on their website. This is bad and lazy customer service.

Fatburger definitely lives up to what its name implies, two juicy burgers and a poutine later I feel like a walking cow.

Flavor was mostly there, burgers definitely,fries not so much,which is to be expected, I mean it's 'fat burger' not 'best fries' so how much can I complain.
The enjoyable and friendly staff made it come together in the end though.
Would recommend as a family friendly restaurant or a cheap date idea if you want something classier then MacDonald's.

A couple laps around the pasture and I'll be coming back!
