My experience is purely with the Waterloo to York Mills bus, but generally for me it's a cheap and relatively fast alternative to transporting between Waterloo and Toronto for when I don't have my own transportation. The driver's nice, and the bus has been on time thus far.
My complaints would be the fact that it's a school bus which isn't very comfortable, and sometimes it's booked so that you have to share a seat with someone.
But since it's cheaper and faster than the go bus, I'm personally willing to deal with it.

The driver played very loud music throughout, which was very annoying. The bus was filthy, I literally had a dirty broom placed next to my window, the seats are very uncomfortable and tall people will not fit. The price is also too high for a 1-2 hour journey, that too, as previously mentioned, in discomfort.

Me and some other people have been waiting for 3 hours for our bus, I call and they said it would take an extra 2 hours for the bus to get there. This is the worst bus company around. IF THEY’RE OTHER OPTIONS THAT THEM. (Also they won’t send me a refund)

You get what you pay for. Fedbus is a very cheap alternative to all other forms of transportation. The Fedbus has almost always been on time in my experience, and has saved me a lot of headaches and money. You'll have to live with a school bus and limited carry-on luggage for a couple hours, so if you're looking for comfort then go elsewhere.

Bruh I get it , it’s cheap so I shouldn’t expect it to be on time. But the bus didn’t even stop at the proper location and by the time I walked to the bus, it just sped off. Just dropped the passengers and left ? Um me and some more people waiting had paid and they should be aware that people are going to be onboard. But they don’t care. If you have other options, go for them. Will be much reliable. Really bad service

Bus driver had a HORRIBLE attitude. Proceeded to lecture me on 'common sense' because apparently I didn't show him my ticket 'correctly'. My hands were full, he could have easily taken my ticket to look over more carefully since his hands were both empty and functional. But no, he decided to be extremely condescending and rude, looked me in the eyes and kept saying "I can't see it" even though I was holding it up to his face. My friend had to take my ticket, point at the words and read it to him as if he was a child for him to let me through. It was ridiculous. Don't know his name, he was some old guy who is very bitter. Definitely not using this service anymore. I didn't even know showing someone a ticket 'wrongly' could become a problem until this guy.

The only reason I use FedBus is not having any other option!

Not sure if I'd recommend this if you can find any alternatives. Buses aren't very comfortable and you can't bring much on the bus.
