They constantly block my driveway and use the street as their yard ?

Last night there was a special treat left for me as I arrived home from work at mignight. Its the axle attachment of a transport truck in the middle of my driveway entrance. I've posted a picture on here for a visual. It was left in the dark with no lights or reflectors at night. I guess you see it or you don't. Survival of the fittest over at FedEx.

Despite being given the wrong address on my BOL to drop my LTL freight the staff here were more than accommodating. Anna fixed up my paperwork and wrangled the lads on the dock to transfer my crate from the bed of my pickup to the loading dock. Thank you everyone. Very much appreciated.

While I dont seen to have problems with the freight and only occasionally rude delivery drivers the call center is horrible. The automated system is broken and has been since October 2021 - most of the people in the call center don't know how to do the job and are very hard to understand and the audio quality is awful.

Extremely poor service. They ship only during normal work hours and they will not give you a time range apart from "any time during the day". Shipping to Guelph, if they cannot deliver your package, they send it to a depot in another city. They then charge you $13.00 for the privilege of having it redirected to an address where someone WILL be present. An unbelievably shoddy business model with no regard for their customers.
