I had a bad/good experience with FedEx. I was expecting a very important document, and I received an email stating that it was out for delivery. I stayed home all day, but no one came to my door. Later, I received an email saying, “Sorry we missed you; no one was home.” However, FedEx didn’t leave any label indicating where I could pick up my parcel.

After making numerous calls to FedEx and receiving no help from customer support, I decided to go to the facility myself.

Shoutout to @David Wins and the team—thank you so much! They helped me find my document among many parcels. I really appreciate your efforts.

FedEx, please improve your services and train your drivers to knock on the door. Don’t make assumptions without knowing that customer is not there.

The express delivery service I utilized, for which I paid a substantial fee of $146 for international priority shipping, unfortunately resulted in a delay of over a week at FedEx. The package contained fresh fruits being shipped from Miami to Toronto, and the delivery cost exceeded the shipping cost itself. After patiently waiting for a week, I checked the tracking information only to discover that the delivery attempt status was falsely marked as attempted. Upon further inquiry, I was informed that the delivery was withheld due to an unpaid customs fee of $33. However, FedEx had failed to notify me of this requirement via email, phone call, or text message. The lack of communication and proactive action on FedEx's part prevented the timely delivery of my perishable package. Had I been promptly notified upon the package's entry into the country, I could have facilitated the customs payment and received my package the very next day. This oversight constitutes poor service on FedEx's part, and if I had not taken the initiative to contact them, my fruits would have likely spoilled. Thanks for nothing fedex.

Very bad experience from fedax. they guys do not trying to deliver parcel just showing we missed you even I stay full day at home it makes very disapponted to me

The worst company and drivers . They dont deliver the parcel, they dont even come to the plaza to deliver the parcel just mark as we missed u . Seriously , then if we come for pickup they just ignore . Plz dont ship from fedex . Worst experience

I was waiting for the parcel from FEDEX and they delivered it late and it was not one or two, it was 10 days late. My parcel had so many things that contaminated and I had to throw them away. Fedex will never realise what they have done. Delivery guys are liars. They never came to my apartment when I was home for 2 days and said to me in email that nobody was home when they came. I called the manager and he says it has nothing to do with him. Worst experience with FEDEX. 0/5 for the worst delivery guys fedex has. Never recommending anyone for such horrible customer service.

I paid $70 for priority overnight Saturday delivery. The delivery was scheduled before 5pm, delivery guy came at 12:45pm, found my place didn't have a buzz number, he left a sticker at the entrance and left... didn't attempt to contact me nor try to get to my apartment.
I called FedEx 6 times and waited at my condo's door 6 hours after that, trying to get the guy to come back... to no success. Many guys on the phone line said the delivery showed up, blamed that there was no buzz number, it was Saturday and they had limited resources so I had to wait to Monday...
There's a reason why I paid $70 for priority shipping at the first place...
This was a frustrated experience with FedEx. I got shipment from UPS and the UPS guy had no problem delivering to my door.
FedEx lost me as a customer for good!

FedEx has a top-notch and excellent service, an effective customer support, a courteous staff, an unmatched speed of reliable and scheduled delivery. I am very happy with their service. I am also very thrilled to say that their amazing performance in International Shipment/Delivery of important documents was on a par with their promise made to me, a rushing customer during a rush funeral time.
